Josie was very good at communicating with guest and that was highly appreciated as we had a hot water issue as the heater was not functioning properly which left us with cold water only. I recommend ensuring this has been resolved before you choose to stay here. Otherwise great."

"A complete disconnect from what is shown. Dark, gloomy, Mitch, small and cramped. The welcome link is broken, no guide with the WiFi instructions. No way to contact the absent manager. No smoke detector in the bedroom, and stuffy air (no makeup air.) We couldn’t sleep, it was just a terrible disappointment."

"This apartment was clean and cosy. It is in the best location close to the main circle and opposite the supermarket, a few doors from restaurants and bars. There were some maintenance things that need to be fixed as it is dated / aging- door handles coming off or very stiff; ignition on stove not working so need matches to light gas, a chair seat had come off (but there are extra dining chairs so we didn’t use it). "I had a great stay for the second time. The unit is well situated on the river, only a short walk to the shops. The unit has been recently update and has everything you may need (except an oven). There are BBQ and laundry (gold coin) facilities, as well as outdoor seating onsite. Would definitely stay here again. Owners are welcoming and responsive to queries. "

"Excellent place. Great location. Took our bikes and it is an easy ride to centre of town. Right between two mountain bike parks too. Lovely to sit at the back sipping some sparkling and watching the paragliders and looking towards Mount Hotham. "
