  • Único en 4.900 pies de altitud. Debido a la elevación, es siempre más fresco entonces los pueblos de los alrededores de los cajeros, Highlands, Franklin y Glenville. Tres habitaciones, todas con ventilador de techo. El dormitorio principal con cama king size se encuentra en la planta principal. The cabin was very well appointed and perfect for two couples. The kitchen was one of the best stocked rental kitchens we have ever found. The deck and fireplace were perfect

This is one of the best cabins we have stayed in. Everything was immaculate. It was well stocked, which I always appreciate the owners for. The outdoor fireplace was amazing. Even in July the weather was cool enough in the morning and evenings to use. The patio furniture was clean and comfortable and the grill seemed brand new. I highly recommend this beautiful cabin.

Great views from back porch! The house has everything you need. Very clean, comfortable and two levels offer some separation if needed. It is at the top so be prepared for a climb to get to the house.

Second stay in this beautiful home and can't wait to return again. House has everything needed for relaxing and cooking a Thanksgiving feast. Cozy fireplace inside and out. Deck on main level and lower level allows for everyone to have a space to enjoy the views in solitude. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Great view. Great accommodations. Slightly far from civilization if that's what you're in the area for, but i personally loved how remote it was.

Amazing View!

Such a relaxing couple of days ringing in the new year with my husband and fur babies. The views were breathtaking, house was clean, fully stocked with everything you need and so cozy. We will definitely keep this in our list as one of our favorite places to stay!

If I could design a home in the mountains of North Carolina it would be just like this home. Everything in this home lent itself to a relaxing comfortable escape in paradise. It was laid out perfectly with an open living area for games and meals and movies. The outdoor fireplace was a personal favorite and such a nice touch. The bedroom on the first floor was super spacious and I woke up every morning to hummingbirds and birds and a view clearly designed by God himself. And let me tell you, that bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Ever! The main bathroom had double sinks, a tub and separate shower with a walk in closet. Our adult daughter joined us for the trip and the lower level was a wonderful space for her to have privacy. It would be a perfect house for a couple with children as well. Everything was so well appointed. The kitchen was clearly stocked by someone who cooks and bakes and I enjoyed making meals and baking there very much. Note: The last little climb up the road is a bit tricky. Rear wheel or 4-wheel drive would help or some serious bravery with momentum with your front wheel drive (we have a Tucson). We had an amazing time here and we were all very sad to say goodbye this morning. Since the 70’s I dreamed of owning a home in the area but financially this just isn’t in the cards so I am so thankful that people like Ron and Robin are willing to open their home to others. We are already talking about coming back with the rest of the family.

Cozy Getaway

Cozy cabin with beautiful views. The owner has included everything that is needed or wanted for a mountain getaway within the home. Super comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. Great balcony furniture that makes it comfortable inside and out.
