Perfect in every way

We booked a short weekend trip (3 nights) here with family. It was perfect! SO comfortable! The beds, the couch, the chairs- everything was so comfortable!! The house was so clean - very nice- the pictures don’t do it justice!! The water views from every window was amazing!! The neighborhood was nice And quiet. even with the off and on rain it was still enjoyable. Not too far from Cullman where there are so many food options (about 20min). Communication was great! Check in was easy! Driveway is an easy one - even with a boat. We’ve booked lots of places on the lake before and this one so far is prob our favorite. The only thing is the boat house doesn’t have electricity but if you need power - just bring an extension cord. We will definitely put this one on our list of “favorites” to return to! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great stay, you won't regret this home rental

We had 2 families stay for a week of fishing. The house had well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The living room, bedrooms, and outside patio were very comfortable! We have absolutely no regrets booking this home. The owner has great communication, which is a big bonus!

This home was exactly what we needed! Fluffy towels! Short walk to the water! Lovely neighborhood! Brandon was super responsive! Enjoyed being able to sit outside and watch others having fun, and fishing!! Will 100% be back!

Perfection

What a great place! Where do you start, the owners where great to deal with, the home was just as listed and lake smith never disappoints! This is our 5th year of the entire family meeting at the lake and years past we have stayed at a different location, but this time tried a new location on the lake and found our new spot. The owners checked in with us before and after arrival, after a bad afternoon storm and where great to deal with. The house has perfect layout and had no issues accommodating our family from Priceville and Hartselle it wasn’t a bad drive for either.

Relaxing with a beautiful view

This is our second stay at Sunset Cove. The house was in perfect condition for our stay. We love how easy it is to get down to the water and spent a good amount of time fishing off the dock. Our son even caught a fish. Overall our visit was perfect with beautiful weather and views. We hope to be back again.

Wonderful

Everything was wonderful. The home wss even better in person. It really is the perfect spot to enjoy a beaitiful lake view, back yard, the easiest walk to the water and the most amazing sunset views ever! We had a perfect Memorial Day weekend there. Beautiful beautiful spot for s'mores, enjoying the peace every evening on the back patio with the lovely yard, lights, distant sounds of laughter from neighbors around the lake and plenty of room for an even larger family. The home itself was extremely clean and lovely. Comfortable beds, perfect tub for a relaxing bath after a day of enjoying the water or just hanging on the patio. The EASIEST access to the water we've ever encountered at Smith Lake. We will definitely book again! P.S. there are some very friendly and adorable neighborhood doggies that watched the sunset with us My husband's favorite part ❤️

Great Location

This place was great. Amenities in the home were excellent. Great living space and kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Great spot on the water. Quick walk down to the dock, which was fairly flat unlike most houses on this lake. 10 Min drive up to Smith Lake Park for launching your boat. Host was great to communicate with and catered to all of our requests. Will hopefully stay here again when we visit.

Incredible Smith Lake Rental

This is the most beautiful spot at Smith Lake. Located on Catalina Point, the view of the water is incredible. The property is immaculate and perfect for a family gathering. Thank you to Brandon for being the best to communicate with on our stay!

Awesome Stay!

This is a great property, very close to Cullman. It is on the water and if you are familiar with Smith Lake not the 420 steps close to the water, this is on the water! The house was very spacious and clean with all the normal amenities. The driveway is huge, which was great since we arrived in mulitple cars. The owner is fantastic, and answered all of my questions promptly, and even notified us when the property was clean and allowed us to check in early.

An Amazing Place to Stay

We met our two adult children and a grandchild at the lake and had a wonderful visit together. The house was very clean and the kitchen well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the view, especially sunsets, was just amazing. The rental is close to Dodge City and Cullman for quick grocery trips. We highly recommend staying here!

Great location clean water for all boating activities

Very clean inside this property comfortable bedding with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Great location close to I65 and easy to get in Cullman for a great night out or if any supplies are forgotten.
