"Dinner menu is good and servings great. We were surprised at breakfast when they allocated each room to a table. It helps when starting the day You have to choose the breakfast menu and time the night before but that's better for both the property and the guests as both will know what to expect "

Exterior is shoddy, rooms look over a busy road or a busy courtyard- both are noisy when windows are open in warm weather. Kate the manager is exceptional, she had agency staff who were a credit to her but new one had been there 2 hours, a chef walked out and she was cooking as well as running and managing everything including a power cut.
