The property was not worth the amount that we paid, especially having no wi-fi
The downstairs bedroom with single bed and bunks was very small mattress old and very uncomfortable, no wardrobe, and the bathroom/laundry!! Had to brush teeth over laundry tub and the shower leaked. For what we paid there was no wi-fi

Couldn’t get in
We struggled to find the key box in the dark Because of the 3pm checkin !! We were at a function that started at midday and could not get there to get In until 9pm The hot water was also turned off Very inconvenient We won’t be returning or rebooking this property

Great location, tidy and well set up. Location and price point was excellent. We will be back:)

Great place and convenient to the beach and mini store. would love to come back again
Just a suggestion. It would be good if the small appliances that are not working will be remove from the premises.

Needs TLC
I have stayed in more than a dozen houses in Culburra over the years and this is probably the least well presented. The house is in a great position but needs a good clean, replacing of couches, TV that does not work properly and BBQ which has broken burners. We brought our own sheets and towels having been quoted $400+ to have them provided. Not really up to market standard.
