Hi Katie, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback for The Batch. I would like to confirm that after your departure our property manager has been to the property to do an inspection to look into these issues to ensure that they are addressed before the next guest arrives. I would like to confirm that a handyman man has been to the property and replaced the hinges on the bedroom door and the vanity. We have been and purchased new fans and a sandwich press which has been taken to the property. Please note that the toaster was in the kitchen cupboard. We have had a technician look at at the washing machine and dryer which are working fine after the build up of fluff was removed. We have also been and purchased air fresheners for the property, as coastal properties can have some time between bookings this is important to have to ensure it is fresh for your arrival. Firstly, at the time of placing your booking you would have been made aware that this property was BYO linen and towels. 3 days before your arrival you received an email from us to advise that the property was BYO or you could have booked the linen service. As you did not respond this is email and text message, there was no linen or towels provided upon your arrival. We wish you had of contacted us during your stay to allow us the opportunity to have the oven looked at as we do have access to after hours tradespeople that could have attended the property. We have contacted you to provide images of the cleaning issues you found at the property to discuss the compensation available. We look forward to hearing from you again in the future.
