Cullburra beach
We experienced cockroaches on our arrival but the staff acted quickly.

Thank you for your review Veronica. We apologise for the inconvenience caused by the presence of cockroaches upon your arrival, however cockroaches are common insect pests found at properties. Its good to know that the staff from Holiday Rental Specialists acted quickly to address the issue ensuring a clean and pest-free environment for the rest of your stay. Your understanding and patience in this matter was appreciated. We hope that despite this initial inconvenience, you were able to enjoy your stay and would love to be able to host you again in the future.

Easter holiday
We had another wonderful stay at the property. As per my review the last time we stayed the cleanliness of the property is not of the same standard as others. In particular the outside deck needed a good wash the day we checked in along with outside table and chairs to remove all the bird poo. The kitchen is basic with no dishwasher. There is no wifi and the TV is very small. However, the beds are good and we love the back garden and the proximity to the beach. It’s also good value for money.

A week long holiday in October school holidays. Joined by adult children and young children.
The property is in an excellent location although street has a distinctly suburban feel. The inside of the prop was adequately clean but the outside, including deck, appeared not to have been cleaned or tended to for some time. The inside was compact reflected by the fact there was one unusually small tv and no dishwasher. Surprisingly there was no wifi. There was a shortage of cleaning products and materials....dishwashing liquid, steel wool etc the house would benefit from more cutlery and wine glasses although we did appreciate the extensive platters and plates. The coffee machine doesn’t appear to work (open to conceding user inability...) nor the toaster so we used the grill. The back garden is a truely magnificent feature and the central tree is spectacular. The children loved the toys provided. We had a great time
