"The property was beautifully decorated and very clean. The location was perfect; the patio faced the beautiful Orient Bay Beach and we could watch the kite and wind surfers while enjoying a meal or drink. Restaurants and grocery were very nearby. Sarah was very patient with us, as we had difficulty finding the property without knowledge of the island and GPS, but we thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay in St. Martin. Highly recommend!"

"Location was great as was pool. Easy walk to the beach and pretty view.Listing should say there is onsite manager to greet you. Great little market and pizza place on property. Room was nice as pictured. Could use a toaster or toaster oven as well as a few beach supplies like a cooler. Issues with ants in kitchen and doorway. Dont leave any food or crumbs as ants abound! "We had a wonderful stay at Le Papillon. The apartment was beatiful, spacious and impeccably decorated. The incredible porch ran the whole length of the apartment and looked right out onto Simpson Bay, the beach, the boats and the sunsets. The private steps down to the beach were an added bonus. Simona was a great host. We had one snafu with a grocery order that she jumped in and resolved in less than a day. We can't recommend this place enough!"

"We had a great stay at this beachfront condo. The view is spectacular, and having the huge terrace is a real bonus. Although we did not cook any meals, my wife said that the kitchen was very well - equipped. It was great having breakfast at Captain Frenchy's -- we enjoyed drinks in the afternoon there as well. There are many fabulous restaurants all within walking distance -- that was a real bonus. Finally, there was a parking place provided -- critical in this location! We cannot wait to...
