"I would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the noise. The location is great, the staff was friendly, the room spacious, comfortable and clean. The windows were excellent for blocking street noise, that wasn’t the issue. It’s the hallway and other rooms that are the issue. "Room booked was infested with bees. They were in the walls and on both main bed and kids bed. Killed a total of 6 and there were still more. Asked management to correct and was provided with another room at it was too late when we checked in. My sons are allergic to bees so this was a bigger deal. My room rate was not adjusted for the downgrade in room. My sons bed in alternate room did not have sheets or pillows. There were not enough towels for son.
