"I had a nice stay at the bungalow, the staff is very friendly and helpful, although the English knowledge is limited. They were very kind, gave us fruits and made us a wonderful local breakfast, even didn’t want to charge us for the drinks we ordered. So cute people who hosted us. However, the place is not in a good condition, it feels like a place that once was a wonderful hotel, in a beautiful garden, but no one has maintained it that way. Feels like a haunted place from a movie. It felt kinda...

"The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We received exceptional service from the check in front desk. The service manager and staff were great. The complimentary breakfast and bikes were really appreciated. We did not get to use the pool because it is too cold in this season. Location was also convenient. The only issue we had was how the toilet was positioned in the bathroom. Not suitable for anyone over 5’5”. Overall we loved our stay. "

"This was an incredibly welcoming place to stay. They organized a jeep tour for us which was fabulous and included a boat trip in Trang An. The pool was a God send given the 36 degree heat. We had an early departure for Ha Long Bay, and they provided us a packed breakfast for the trip. Such a caring and friendly place to stay."

"We really enjoyed Ninh Binh and this hotel. The owner is truly amazing . She and another lady insisted to carry our luggage upstairs so we did not have to worry about it. She also did the same thing when we departed Ninh Binh and took the luggage downstairs. She cooked a delicious breakfast each morning (made to order eggs or pancakes, fresh bread, fruit,etc). "This hotel is a bit removed from the main tourist areas, but still close enough to reach several of them by motorbike in about 8 minutes. It’s an oasis that lets you escape the noise of the towns when you’re ready to relax. Very charming, nicely decorated, simple, and tasteful. The staff is incredibly friendly, the breakfast is good, and they offer bikes and motorbikes at a very reasonable price. The spa, although quite simple, has the best massage therapists we’ve encountered in all of Asia....
