"The staff were excellent both in the reception and the restaurant. Although the menu could be refreshed I had the chicken soup from the special board and it was delicious. The place is a little dated but my room was great and very clean. I would say that the coffee pods could be added and not to be paid as an extra.
I would recommend a stay here."

"We had two separate overnight stays on our trip south. Tuckerbox Motel is clean, comfortable and everything you need for a stay.
Steven the owner went above and beyond to contact us after we left because a jacket had been left behin.
He went out of his way to post it for us and nothing was too much trouble for him."

"The stay was a great experience. The location was fantastic due to how close the centre of town was,which you could walk. This has been the third stay my family have stayed at the motel."

"Beds extremely comfortable, towels luxurious, room very fresh,ease of parking, showers very refreshing. the whole experience was refreshing & relaxing, great! after a long trip from brisbane. would definitely book again & recommend to all. thank you.!"

"The property is a small block of 7 ensuite rooms with tv, tea-making and a small table n chairs.
There is also a comfortable shared common lounge and basic kitchen available to use.
It is located close to the base hospital and a rehabilitation (stroke, amputation etc) unit. The idea of this property is for families or patients to have affordable accommodation nearby the centres of healthcare.
The same organisation also operates 2 much larger accommodation properties nearby."
