"Das Anwesen liegt ziemlich weit oben am Berg. Toller Ausblick, immer ein "Lüftchen" und ein absolut tolles Grundstück mit sehr vielen und alten Olivenbäumen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, der Pool ist klasse und der Eigentümer ist extrem nett und zuvorkommend. Regelmäßige Poolpflege und nette Kommunikation waren sehr gut. Nizza liegt gut 15 Minuten entfernt und bis nach Monaco haben wir auf Grund des Verkehrs grob 30 Minuten gebraucht, auch wenn es nicht weit ist.Wir können das Haus...

"Absolutely beautiful villa suitable for my wife and I and teenage son. We didn't rent a car and this really wasn't a problem as the public transport links are so good. Typically, bus to Henri Sappia then Tram to Nice. Very easy! Pool excellent and Philippe was so helpful with any questions in the lead up to the stay and also during. We will definitely be returning. "Das Haus hat sehr viel Flair und ist wirklich etwas Besonderes. Seine ruhige Lage in der sehr urigen und schönen Altstadt und der fantastische Ausblick über die weite Landschaft von der Terrasse und den Fenstern aus sind einfach spitze. An Manchem merkt man, dass es ein Altbau ist, da sollte man nicht allzu pingelig sein, die Atmosphäre macht das wieder wett. Für Familien mit Kleinkindern und für Menschen mit Gehschwierigkeiten ist das Haus nicht so geeignet, denn es hat recht steile Treppen,...

"We went back for the second year! The view is beautiful and we love staying there. Not good for people who don't do well with steps, but well worth a few steps for the view. The train station is nearby, but drive there. The ticket machine was out of order and we got on the train thinking we could find the app quickly. Don't do that. We got a 50 euro fine each for a 2 euro train ride. The kitchen is well equipped and access is easy."
