Host 5*. Rental unit just very old, but no complaints otherwise. I would def recommend to family and friends. We had a marvelous time. Unit 4*, but offset by reasonable rates....so 4.5 overall. Clean, neat, supplied appropriately, had not one single issue! If toilet seat and air vents were to be replaced, it would be a 5 in my book! Some shades didn't work. That's it! All little stuff!

The host is very nice and easy to contact.the resort has a lot to offer with such a beautiful location. The unit is dated but clean. The unit has everything one could need. And with only one small bathroom you have to work to gether with your family and friends not to have a traffic jam.

Week in the keys

When we checked we had two cars and a trailer so be aware you can only have one or the other which is a venture out rule. Our actual property was everything we expected. Great location! Everything we needed. The property manager was very helpful! The couch and living room area was comfy for our lazy day. The kitchen was great to hang out and play cards. We kept our boat parked out back and it was perfect! Thank you!!

Needs some work

Many things could have use updating and fixing. Listing showed bike, were none. Shower dripped the whole time. Light switches either did not work or were confusing to use. Not owners responsibility, but view of ocean blocked by neighbors trees. Step down from kitchen to living room and to master bedroom a hazard. Smoke alarms dismantled and no batteries.None of these things would stop us from using this house again, just hoping these things can be addressed.

Great trip!

We had a great time here! We’ve stayed in Venture Out before but first time at this property. There were 4 of us (me, my husband and 2 kids 11 and 7). It was a little tight for the 4 of us with the 1 bathroom but totally fine. We knew what we were getting from the listing. I loved all the small touches that many hosts don’t think about. Extra coolers, bikes, a keurig and coffee maker etc. thanks for everything!

The property was great, clean and host was great with communication. We brought our 20ft boat down, the dock had a hose and electric which was perfect. Nice fish cleaning station and grill. Would stay here again

Great for a short getaway

We enjoyed staying in Cudjoe. It was convenient to both Key West and Marathon where we spent most of our time. Waking up and having my morning tea by the water was lovely. The neighborhood is really nice too. Communication with the property manager and owner was prompt and friendly.

Very enjoyable

We enjoyed our stay. The livingroom, kitchen and dining areas are light and spacious . The bedrooms are on the small side. It's located in a nice,safe community. The driveway is a little short. We have a full size truck and it wouldn't fit completely in the driveway. The owners were very responsive and kept us updated.

Very clean, good location, nice views, community was retired and for the most part very friendly. The TV in the smaller room didn't work, toilet seat was broken and nether smoke alarm had batteries.

Great location in Cudjoe Key

My first time staying in Cudjoe Key and it’s a great location. The porch overlooking the canal was perfect for morning coffee. Short drive to plenty of restaurants, and only 30 minutes to the airport.
