Mi estancia en cudjoe florida

El lugar se podría mejorar la limpieza y necesita remplazar algunos aires acondicionados, pero esta en un buen lugar donde se puede disfrutar del mar y una piscina junto al mar. Esta en un área muy tranquila familiar Yo lo recomiendo para las personas que gusten viajar queda a solo 30minutos de keywest lo cual también en un lugar muy bonito para visitar.

So my biggest issues were the bedrooms were very small. The kitchen faucet and shower valve are barely functioning. Many things within the home are not finished lots of the remodeling were done poorly. The bathroom is also extremely small and toilet as well. My business partner stayed in another home there that was only $100 more a night and what a difference in quality of the home.

Would definitely stay again

The “blue trailer” is exactly as described. Quaint 2 bedroom is comfortable home away from home on a resort property with a fabulous albeit busy pool. Everything is was great and the visiting neighborhood cats made our girls day.

Tropical Getaway

This was the second time we have stayed here. It is a great little place for a vacation to soak up the sun and relax. The park is nice and quiet. Everyone is always very friendly.

The place was wonderful. It served the purpose the entire week that was for rest and eating when we were not out and about. It was a bummer that it rained the entire last day of our stay but the rest of it was great!

Fun Keys vacation

Our family had a great visit here, the check in process was easy, the pool is huge, the view is awesome and the property is just as advertised on vrbo. Great value for the location and very close to our fishing charter.

It was nice for us.

It met our needs. Was generally clean. The bathroom was very clean. The beds were clean. The floors and surfaces were ok. The washer and dryer were great. The hot water was good. Nothing to complain about the house. The resort was nice and quiet. Very peaceful. Security did a good job, the resort is well staffed and the bathhouses were very clean. The pool was awesome. Bring your own darts and tennis equipment, the resort doesn’t provide them or have them. I would say the extra $125 was kind of a waste. All we really got for it was use of the pool. The rest of the amenities we couldn’t use. Kind of just felt like a bribe. Overall I would recommend this place.

Florida Keys with Kyle

The property was everything it said in the listing. It was clean, comfortable and a grest place to sit and relax after a day full of adventures. We were visiting our son who lives on Summerland Key and works for the Boy Scouts. It was centrally located so we could go east or west and explore. Awesome Community

The house was clean and nice! Loved the area and neighborhood. Lots to do without leaving the gates. Really great snorkeling lots of fish and sea life to see.

Cozy trailer

We had a great stay in the cozy blue trailer. The Venture Out resort is nice. I appreciated the security. Brand new refrigerator and queen mattress. Other appliances were older except the small washer & dryer. It was clean and the property manager was great! 4 window air conditioners keeps it nice & cool. One bedroom had a queen and the other has a trundle bed. There is a futon bed in the living room area. Kind of a retro feel.

Convenient, clean, meets all needs

Exactly as advertised. Met all our needs with 2 bdrms, stocked kitchen. Clean, comfortable. Good wifi and nice TV. Complex contains freshwater pool, natural swimming access, hot tub, which is convenient. About 40 minute drive to downtown Key West. Good restaurants closer by.

Tropical Getaway Review

The property was very clean inside except for the AC filters which we cleaned ourselves. The outside areas could use attention and a good cleaning to be useable for sitting and the grill was not working. Michael refunded us our money for the propane tank we filled for the grill, and was helpful getting us online. Overall, the park was nice but the overflow lot was filled by the time our friends arrived the second week and we had to go way off base to find them parking. From what we've seen however, this host charges a fair price. As I said, the inside was very clean and the kitchen and living room are very roomy. It's a decent place for two couples or a family of four.

All good!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Location was good for us as it was between Key West and activities further up the keys. Venture Out resort was nice and convenient. Kids liked the pool after a day out exploring. It was really quiet on the resort. Mainly a retirement community. Low speed limits, lots of golf carts and bikes. One morning we took advantage of their pancake breakfast which was nice. All the courts looked nice but we didn’t get a chance to use. We probably could have spent a few days and never left the resort and still had a good time. Overall the rental fit our needs. There were a few minor cosmetic things here and there (light fixture covers missing in bathroom and master bedroom) but pretty small. I would also prefer a door on the master that shuts/locks but it is just a sliding door. Not a huge deal but with multiple kids, some privacy is nice. The new mattress in the bedroom was good. Could maybe upgrade the pillows next. For us, the big deal is price point. This rental was a decent value and good location. We really spend little time actually at our rentals so we look for that value and location over luxury and this was right in line. Gave our family still enough room to stretch out, be comfortable and get a good rest for the next days adventures. Laundry was great to have in the unit as we try to pack light. We’d be back.

One of their Secure Guards is a prick.

It was a great place to stay till a baldheaded secure guard knock on the door when we were loading our car because it was about 3inches to far in the road. Never mind all the other cars parked in the road. This guy was just looking for something to complain about. They are too many nice places to stay in the keys to put up with harassment.

Great location and resort

The location of this property was perfect for our Florida Keys vacation and the resort amenities were fabulous. The property manager/host was amazing, communicative, responsive, and accessible. The property was the perfect size for our party of 2!
