"We've stayed at the Greenbank multiple times over the past couple of years so I feel like I can give a fair review of a typical experience.
The staff are an absolute highlight: always friendly, polite and professional, from the desk staff to the restaurant staff to the cleaners. Nothing is too much trouble.
The rooms are generously sized and equipped with everything you might need for a standard stay, plus a few nice extras. I particularly appreciate the wonderful smelling toiletries...
