We had an amazing time in Crystal River. Our waterfront Paradise was exactly that. If you rent this place you will not be disappointed. All the amenities listed are top shelf and the owners have gone out of their way to have everything perfect on the day you arrive. We stayed for 6 weeks and our stay remained without any issues the whole time. Enjoy!!

It was a great stay. I've stayed in a lot of rentals, and this was definitely one of the nicest. It was clean, fairly well stocked kitchen, and other amenities. The only feedback I could give is better pillows and maybe a different kitchen sink faucet (that wasn't a favorite). I will also note that it could easily be made a little more toddler friendly with a pool fence especially since the way the outdoor area is set up, I think a pool fence would be so easy to add, but I'm glad my kid is now past that age and is well aware now that he can't go in the pool without an adult. I also understand if you're not trying to attract young kids. Overall, a great stay and responsive hosts. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an outstanding time and the home was great!! We had an issue with pool heater and the hosts spend the day fixing it so we could have a warm swim on Christmas!!! They went above and beyond to take care of us!!! On a scale of 1-5 it was a 10!!

Perfect get away to celebrate with the family for twins' 30th birthday! This house was amazing! Very relaxing. Hot tub was wonderful. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The hosts thought of EVERYTHING!!! Anything you could want for a nice stay away from home was provided. Gym, paddle boards, bikes and kayaks included. Really clean and well-maintained property. Room for boats to tie up at the dock and trailer parking in front of property. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Hosts were quick to respond if messaged. This truly was an awesome family vacation together.

Perfect place for an awesome scalloping trip. Enough room for kids to drop in and out. Pool was great to cool down after a full day of scalloping. House was very well stocked for our needs. We didn't get to use all the sporting equipment since we were on our boat most of the time but plenty of options like kayaks, sup, bikes etc.

Lovely place!!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We came to scallop and the canal was easy access to the ocean so we didnt have to put the boat in and out every day. Backyard is beautiful, pool and hot tub perfect, beds comfy, every cooking item you could need in the kitchen. Kids LOVED kayaking and paddleboarding in canal. We loved our stay here and will definately book again!!!!

Beautiful House On Canal

We had an amazing time here. The house was even better than advertised. The teenagers had a great time using the bikes, paddle boards, pool and corn hole boards. The area was great but the house made the entire vacation even better. Thank you to Liset who was so responsive and helpful.

Home Away from Home

Our family totally enjoyed our mini vacation at this property. It was everything we expected and more. All we needed was provided and the kitchen is well stocked. We were pleasantly surprised to find so many extras were provided such as kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, games, pool toys, etc. Clint and Liset were very accommodating and attentive to all of our needs. We are already planning a visit in the fall!!

Family Get Away

The waterfront paradise in Crystal River is an excellent place to stay for all age groups! Very clean and spacious. Property is located close to local attractions. Our grandchildren loved the pool and adult children made use of the hot tub each evening. Wildlife visitors were an added bonus.

A Happy Little Hideaway

Just as advertised

Beautiful property that matches the description and pictures perfectly. Pool and hot tub are amazing. No surprises or disappointments. Crystal River has so much to offer. We were able to swim with the manatee, paddle board Three Sister Springs, and go out on an awesome fishing charter. Will be back for scallop season and grouper season. Location of this home is perfect if you are into water sports/activities.

Perfect Getaway with Adventure and Relaxation in Crystal River!

The property is exactly as described! It was fully equipped with everything we needed for a fun-filled trip to Crystal River. We especially loved using the kayaks and paddleboards, which allowed us to see so much wildlife. The heated pool was a fantastic bonus, especially in March—it made swimming even more enjoyable, even though we were lucky with above-average temperatures.The location is beautiful and peaceful. We also took advantage of the four bikes provided and rode to the local state park. The owners (Liset and Clint) were incredibly responsive to any questions, and the check-in/out process was seamless.Crystal River itself is amazing, with plenty of charming shops, cafés, and restaurants. I highly recommend Guyer’s Ice Cream and Wallace’s at the Greenhouse in nearby Homosassa. If you’re looking for a vacation where you can have action-packed days right at your doorstep while still having plenty of space to relax, this is the perfect place!We would love to visit again!

WOW!

Everything about this propert was fantastic. The hosts made us feel very at home with the little touches like snacks, coffee, and even plenty of TP. Inside had been redone recently and was comfortable and clean. The pool, linai, and the outdoor space were well maintained.Location was great with places to walk and near enough to Crystal River you could go grab a bite to rat easily. If we hadnt just bought a house in the area we would be back.Thanks so much for a great time. andwelcomfortable

Exceptionally clean fabulous pool and jacuzzi

Very clean property everything provided and more. even laundry soap, needed for nothing except food. Very handicap friendly, beds not to high, no steps (tiny entry step), huge walk in shower. Dock not handicap friendly, goes way down during low tide everyday so had to pick up rental pontoon boat and deliver back everyday, took about an hour to get to gulf , very possible and easy though. Would be nice to have TV in bedrooms would be the only thing I missed from home. COMFORTABLE beds almost as comfortable as mine. Shower was amazing never ran out of hot water. Liset (owner) was amazing very friendly and efficient. I really have no complaints. Would rent again.

Manatees!

We visited with the sole purpose of seeing the manatees. The house was great and frankly the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in outside my home. Everything was clean and up to date. Clear instructions, the house book was great. Pool and hot tub very clean and well maintained. Would 100% recommend and would stay again!

SO close to manatees!

The property is exactly as listed, and close to perfect.The communication was filled with prompt responses. We asked for a great Manatee swimming recommendation, that we got, went with (Explorida) and was AWSOME! We asked for restaurant recommendations, which were exactly as indicated! The towels were GREAT! Location GREAT! We were disappointed that the weather did not cooperate and could not use the paddle boards or kayaks. Hot tub was used every day!Not sure what else could have been asked for in a rental!

Oasis with everything you need, and then some.

Furnishings are calm ocean beach tones and tastefully chosen in this lovely, clean and spacious home on a quiet street with a canal in the backyard. This oasis has everything and more right here for a stress-free family vacation. Plenty of room and privacy. Plenty of place to play together. Great space to entertain and dine together and close to everything for excursions. Adults and kids have room to be together or enjoy age-appropriate activities separately. Read the details offerings and be wowed! Hosts Liset and Clint are available if needed and strived to create a safe asthma friendly stay for our family member as a special request. We appreciate their efforts. I am confident that this chemical/fragrance free cleaning and linen service protocol will only get better as hosts. We all want to breathe clean, fresh air, not fake fragrance!
