This home is PERFECT for a multigenerational family vacation. We ranged in age from 17 - 76 and everyone was comfortable and had a great time. The purpose of our trip was to swim with the manatees and this home was located close to Plantation Adventures (now Margaritteville) our tour provider. The floor plan and furnishings of this home provided comfort for all activities, and we loved having the pool and kayaks at our disposal. The kitchen was well stocked for meal preparation, and the laundry room was a plus.We would love to go back and stay during the summer - perfect family vacation. Our host Mark was fabulous to work with.

Lovely, immaculate home! This home was stocked with a fully supplied kitchen filled with plenty of cookware, utensils and spices Great for those days you just want to relax and eat in.I absolutely loved sitting on the lanai while my family watched football inside we thoroughly enjoyed paddling through the canal to King’s Bay and across to Three Sisters-we had paddleboards and also made use of a couple of kayaks that were provided. Our host was phenomenal to respond when we had a couple of questions.

Great spot away from town. Clean and spacious. There are several kayaks to us and is a quick 30-40 minute paddle across to three sisters springs. Bay is a no wake zone which makes paddling easy and safe.

My sisters and I had an amazing time and would highly recommend this VRBO spot. Pictures online were accurate and the owner Mark is very responsive to all inquiries. He even gave some great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try. The main purpose of our visit was to kayak and see manatees. We were able to kayak right out the back door to Three Sisters Springs and not only see multiple manatees but also lots of other wildlife as well as amazing scenery! The pool was a nice added bonus and the covered lanai was so nice to relax in and enjoy the beautiful weather without the bugs. Even though the house is on a fairly busy street, you would not know it. Nice quiet neighborhood and close to the beach, parks and restaurants. Needless to say we had a great vacation!

Lovely house in beautiful setting

The house was spacious and well stocked with everything we needed. The cookware in the kitchen was great and it was nice that there were some basic spices to use. We didn't get around to using the kayaks, but they were in excellent condition. The pool was lovely. Mark was very prompt with responding to any questions. Beautiful house, would definitely recommend staying here if you're exploring the area.

Labor Day weekend trip

Had a nice stay, there is not a really good place to put your boat- we did keep it on the side yard but we are on a busy street and very close to the road so had to lock up everything and bring poles in every night. They do have a doc bit the water is very shallow during low tide so we did not utilize it- we have a 25 ft center console flats boat and didn’t want to risk being stuck during low tide. Mark was great to work with and the pool and outdoor living space is awesome. I think they could benefit from a few upgrades but honestly it is a nice play to stay and has everything you need. You are less than 5 min to a nice boat launch so no problems there. Overall nice stay and Mark was more than accommodating and easy to work with. If looking for a nice place to relax and watch all the wildlife in the river this is the place for you.

Wonderful!

This place was perfect! Clean with all the amenities. We enjoyed the quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Loved being on the river so we could kayak to three sisters. The pool was amazing after a hot day on the river. Mike was available to answer our questions when needed. We would definitely stay here again.
