Fantastic Family Getaway!We had a wonderful stay with our family of five! The house was cozy and well-equipped, making it very easy to cook and feel at home.We loved the location—it was super convenient for swimming with the manatees, and we took full advantage of the amenities. The bike ride to the Crystal River Archaeological Memorial State Park was a highlight, and the kids enjoyed using the kayaks every single day.The host was great to work with; she was communicative and followed up when she said she would. We highly recommend this spot for a relaxing Florida vacation!

We had a lovely time and the house was very cute & equipped with everything we needed. It was very cozy! Being on the canal was fantastic! The Florida room is a great bonus space! The host was very friendly and responsive. We had no issues at all.

Great House

The house had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. We had everythi8ng we needed and was very clean and comfortable. We had no issue with the canal or dock with our 26 ft bay boat. The only thing missing was a fish cleaning station.

Wonderful trip

A family trip for some scalloping and visiting the springs. A great locations for doing both. The house was perfect for our group. The teens enjoyed the bikes, exploring the neighborhood.

Everything was great!

From check-in to check-out it was great. We visited several springs near the house and even fished off the dock most of the time. Even had a visit from a dolphin right on the dock.

Great place! Perfect location!

We all enjoyed ourselves very much. The boys loved the kayaks and fishing from the dock and being able to have the boat right there was a super plus! Sadly fishing wasn’t too good and the wind was blowing too much for anything too far offshore but overall the grandkids loved it and didn’t want to leave!!

Excellent Location

This is right in the middle of everything and very convenient to drive for shopping, food, restaurants. This house is very comfortable and plenty of room to accommodate 6 people comfortably. Excellent communication and response from host Lena with any issues or requests. Would definitely come back again.

Favorite spot in Crystal River

Wonderful 5 star hosts! Ww love this home and have rented it many times. Its always so clean and comfortable. The location on the river is perfect. The floating dock in the back is perfect for our 21' boat - love only having to use the super close boat ramp once all week. Insta cart delivers from many stores, so you never need to go out the front door. Just load your boat and head out on an adventure. The springs are wonderful and the scallop grounds are so fun!

Awesome Location

We loved the water channel vibe. It is so close to great parks for biking, walking and paddling. Kitchen is super well stocked. Owners are generous with plastic storage containers, spices and oils. Comfy beds and living room with great big TV for early dark winter nights. We loved it!

Improvements from last year!

I enjoyed my stay last year at this house and the property owner has made a major upgrade to the master bathroom. There is now a spacious shower and double sinks. For the angler, there is plenty of trailer parking out front. I will advise that the angler bring a long extension cord to charge the trolling motor and long hose to reach the fish cleaning station. This house is very well-equipped in the kitchen, and very comfortable. The master bed is also quite comfortable. The whole house is very nice for an affordable price.
