Our stay was fantastic! The rental was stocked with everything we needed while we were there. The backyard is so peaceful and felt like a real retreat. The house is close to everything and the host had lots of recommendations for us. We booked the manatee swim through Explorida and highly recommend it as well. Thank you and Merry Christmas!!

Great stay at a lovely property. Huge benefit to being right on the water and the extras of kayaks, canoes etc. very peaceful and quiet neighbourhood but lots of dining options within a 15 minute drive. Thank you!

This property was very clean and very fun!! Right on the water with kayaks and anything else you need provided on-site for a great weekend. A beautiful kayak ride to Three Sisters Springs or wherever else you feel like paddling to!We were a very short drive to Twin rivers Marina for our scalloping trip and another short drive to town for a great dinner with drinks on the water. Will definitely stay here again!One small note, I assumed there was a pull out sofa because it is 2 bedrooms and the posting says it sleeps 6 and it turned out to be a regular sofa. All good and very comfortably slept 3 of us!

Great Stay, Location, and Property

The house is as advertised. It’s great not having any neighbors across the canal, which is rare for the area and gives you more privacy. The property is very clean, well stocked, and the owner is very responsive. Having access to the kayak and bikes was great. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay here! We spent two nights during a weeklong Florida spring break trip (2 adults and a 12 yr old) - the house setup was perfect and very clean. Comfy beds. Loved the backyard and availability of kayaks! Was centrally located with easy access to water, restaurants, tour groups, etc. There are multiple rentals each opening up to the water but still lots of privacy. We would love to come back and spend extended time here!

Weekend getaway.

We came from Illinois to a wedding in Crystal River. After searching we settled on this property and boy we were not disappointed. It was beautiful, clean and had everything you could think of. I have never rented a house that was as clean and comfortable as this. The neighbors next door were incredible and very friendly. You won't be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

Wunderschönes und sehr sauberes Haus! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kajaks sind echt super, wir haben eine tolle Tour zu den three Sisters gemacht. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Vicki hätten wir jederzeit kontaktieren können, was wir aber nicht mussten. Vielen Dank!

Nice and easy weekday getaway

My friends and I stayed a couple days and we enjoyed the space. We kayaked to the springs (about a 30 minute journey), grilled, and came back to a quiet and clean home. Nicely decorated and accommodating. We had everything we needed to cook some tasty meals, and our host was easy to reach.

Crystal River Getaway

Enjoyed our stay and property was great. Neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. Enjoyed a fishing charter and played golf at the Plantation Course. Visited shops and several restaurants. Our host, Vicki was available to answer any questions. Home was comfy yard area was pleasant. Canal was a little low so we didn't get to use the kayaks. Overall we had great time.

Choose wisely and stay here!

What a great rental property! Cute and comfortable with everything one could need for an enjoyable stay. Comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen, fast internet, and lovely outdoor space. We took the kayak out into the bay and explored a few canals (it was pretty windy so we stayed closer to home.) We got to swim with the manatees (bucket list item accomplished!) and had a great time here.

Crystal River Scalloping Weekend

The property feels brand new! It's clean, well furnished, well appointed, and in a fantastic location. We spent a day kayaking to 3-Sister's Spring (from the backyard of the proprety) and a day scalloping. I highly reccommend this property!

Scalloping Family Vacation

My family was looking for a quiet place on the water with easy access to the scalloping grounds of crystal river! This place was perfect! It had everything we needed and more. It was so clean when we arrived. The boat slip fit our 21 ft sportsman boat perfect, with the empty lot for parking the trailer. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. My family enjoyed the kayaks they had onsite for our use. It was the perfect vacation! Only thing I would note if bringing a boat is that there are some big rocks in the canal and the tide does get quite low. Our boat was fine and we managed to work around the rocks by going slow and remembering where they were. Just something to be mindful of. We will definitely be back next year!

Would stay again

We had just about everything we needed for a short girls trip. The kayaks were frequently used and we were able to kayak over to the Waterfront Social. The bedding was very comfortable as were the towels.
