We had a great stay over a long holiday weekend. The house was big enough for our 2 families to share and it was spacious enough that we never felt crowded. We brought our boat and enjoyed the springs and scalloping. The house is located on a point at the end of the road and offers a great place to watch the sunset and sunrise. We would highly recommend staying at this house and we hope to be back someday!

Great Time in a Unique Property

The house was well described and perfect for our scalloping trip. Plenty of space and the kids loved roaming the property, especially the seawall, where they spotted stingrays, crabs and fish. The floating dock was perfect for our 21' center console, although the canal is really shallow at low tide.

We absolutely loved this property. The house is unique and spacious. The location is perfect. We kayaked and paddle boarded in the canals. We saw manatees, dolphins and sea turtle from the dock. Our daughter loved having her very own suite. We will definitely be back.

Family Vacation was great

This was our second stay at this house. The house is clean and comes with all the necessary items. The 2 washers and dryers are great and in good working order. At low tide you have to be cautious with rocks in the channel but we were seasoned pro's by the time we left. This is a very cool house with accommodating home owners and rental agents.

Absolutely beautiful stay! Outstanding host/house/location. Plenty of space indoors and out, with stunning views from everywhere. So peaceful and quiet, with wildlife all around including dolphins, small gators, birds, and tons of fish!Used the onsite kayaks daily. Also spent a lot of time on the private dock, both for sunset dinners and fishing day and night. Such a great stay for our family (and pet), will absolutely book again.

Our book club had a wonderful time kayaking, floating in the water, watching the sunsets and an array of wildlife. The only negative is that the second master bedroom had no window treatments that caused the room to be quite warm.

Beautiful, spacious property. Two living areas, game room, kayaks, dock for fishing and gorgeous sunsets. Our multi generational family found lots to do including watching the manatees and dolphins swim by.

An amazing location on a point with a spring fed canal on one side and a wide open view of Kings Bay. We woke every morning to dolphins and manatees playing in the clear water just steps from the house. We will definitely be coming back.

GA friends 1st trip to Crystal River

We brought our friends from GA to visit Crystal River for the 1st time. House is absolutely gorgeous! & Huge!! The location is fabulous & views are amazing. Loved having both our boats on the water at the house docks. Limited on parking but we were able to rent a spot right up the road for our boat trailer. Highly recommend!! Only thing needed would be a better mattress in the master bedroom on the 3 bedrooms side. Also, limits on the amount of guests. It sleeps 9+ but they only like 4-6 with extra fees but overall a wonderful experience! Truly Enjoyed A+++

Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family! We were able to dock our boat and easily maneuver out of the canal to get into the bay to see manatees, go fishing and head up to Shell Island. I would recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a place to accommodate your family!!
