Absolutely beautiful stay! Outstanding host/house/location. Plenty of space indoors and out, with stunning views from everywhere. So peaceful and quiet, with wildlife all around including dolphins, small gators, birds, and tons of fish!Used the onsite kayaks daily. Also spent a lot of time on the private dock, both for sunset dinners and fishing day and night. Such a great stay for our family (and pet), will absolutely book again.
Relaxing, quality family time at its best…

Our book club had a wonderful time kayaking, floating in the water, watching the sunsets and an array of wildlife. The only negative is that the second master bedroom had no window treatments that caused the room to be quite warm.

Beautiful, spacious property. Two living areas, game room, kayaks, dock for fishing and gorgeous sunsets. Our multi generational family found lots to do including watching the manatees and dolphins swim by.

We were looking for a bright and spacious home near manatee territory, and we found it. This house is extremely comfortable for a family. The neiborhood was also clean and quiet. Would go back anytime!

The views from this house are absolutely amazing, from manatees swimming by to beautiful sunsets we couldn’t of asked for a better house. The host was extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. Can’t wait to stay here in the future.

An amazing location on a point with a spring fed canal on one side and a wide open view of Kings Bay. We woke every morning to dolphins and manatees playing in the clear water just steps from the house. We will definitely be coming back.

We brought our friends from GA to visit Crystal River for the 1st time. House is absolutely gorgeous! & Huge!! The location is fabulous & views are amazing. Loved having both our boats on the water at the house docks. Limited on parking but we were able to rent a spot right up the road for our boat trailer. Highly recommend!! Only thing needed would be a better mattress in the master bedroom on the 3 bedrooms side. Also, limits on the amount of guests. It sleeps 9+ but they only like 4-6 with extra fees but overall a wonderful experience! Truly Enjoyed A+++

This property was perfect for our family! We were able to dock our boat and easily maneuver out of the canal to get into the bay to see manatees, go fishing and head up to Shell Island. I would recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a place to accommodate your family!!

House is wonderfully located. So much space though we didn’t use a fraction of it. We booked specifically for the location. Watching sunsets over Kings bay and minutes to everything we wanted to explore in Crystal River and Homosassa. The house had everything we could’ve needed if we had had a family there with us, hopefully in the future they will be and we will all enjoy this lovely home!

Absolutely perfect house and location. I have been vacationing in Crystal River for over a decade and this house is at the top of the list. Stunning views from every room. Plenty of space for everyone to have their privacy. Can't wait to come back.

This property unique. It is two houses in one. We loved the house, It has personality and its view of the bay is amazing! We rented this home to house us during our wedding week and we were not disappointed. It is pricey and if it wasn't for it being our honeymoon... I probably would not have spent that kind of money. That being said, we loved our stay. We recommend it highly!!

Excellent Propery with amazing views, fantastic wildlife (fish, stingrays, manatees, etc) and great people! The house is very spacious, clean and in a great spot. The only things I would clarify for any potential people would be this: 1. Be very careful and mindful of the tides. I did confirm my 27’ boat would have enough water at the property before coming even at low tide however this is not the case at certain tides. The canal itself and mini bay where you dock are pretty much okay. The canal at the entrance can be challenging and does have rocks (it is actually shallower at entrance). Also right out in front their is a large pipe that hugs the bottom but takes away about 6” of water depth and their are numerous rocks. I ultimately had to walk the boat at one tide and had bumped the bottom fin of motor (not prop) on rock in canal despite being before peak low tide and engine slightly raised. High tide is definitely no problem. Also you have to go out straight into main bay a decent amount and then turn right as it is otherwise very shallow and tons of rocks. Honestly if they could just take care of the pipe and some rocks (or clearly mark with a path) then it would be okay (though still may require walking at low tides). (As a completely side note if you plan on visiting Hunter Sorings be sure to follow boat signs and do not go in middle of river entering the spring there is a large unmarked rock and we had a friend get damage to their boat when they yielded over to accommodate another boat. Just hate to see anyone else have that happen as it is not marked, is huge and is only known if you have been there before). 2. I would recommend having foam mattress toppers as while the mattresses are okay they are definitely firm and not our preference. 3. I would clarify that the “grounds keeper,” is not a grounds keeper but another tenant who resides long term in the on property apartment. I actually enjoyed talking with the gentlemen but it did catch me off guard at first. Overall though definitely an “A” Propery!
