  • Coastal Charm directly on King's Bay with a view of Banana Island. Manatees, Dolphins & Mullet are frequently spotted from the backyard. The Plantation Resort is right around the corner and there is a boat ramp less than 3 miles away. 4 Kayaks, 8’ x 20’ floating dock; and head dock available for use during your stay (boat lift not available)

    The house has been fully remodeled since Hurricane Idalia, with a new & moved AC unit, furniture, roof, flooring, bathroom & kitchen

    Master bedroom: King Size bed, tv and a private full bathroom.
    Second bedroom Room: Queen size bed, tv, and entrance into the roomy 2nd bathroom.
    Third beroom room: Queen size bed, tv, door to the carport and kitchen (Washer & Dryer is in the third bedroom)

Erica’s home was perfect for our visit to Crystal River. Her home was beautiful, clean, well stocked, very quiet neighborhood, and had beautiful water view. It was close to everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again.

Beautifully renovated home in a nice quiet area. Great view of the bay out the back. Everything we needed was provided, we only had to bring our clothes and personal toiletries. Check in, check out and all communication was very easy. Highly recommend this home.

Perfect location on Kings BayLovely home with lots of room, beautiful lanai with water views. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings, the sounds of the birds, the mullets jumping playfully out of the water. Home has everything you need. Soft sheets and towels, large kitchen with all the plates, pots and more than you could use.

Wow. What a lovely gem to have found for a long weekend stay! We will most certainly be booking again. The home was very beautiful, the location is perfect and it was so nice to be able to bring our boat.

Beautiful Location

This is our second time staying in this beautiful home with great views of the Bay. Short paddles to multiple springs, manatees off the dock, great kayaks. Great place to stay in King's Bay!

Excellent location

We had a wonderful stay celebrating my son’s birthday and enjoying all things water. Perfect spot for Kings Bay and the springs. The house met all our needs and the host is fantastic. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great place

Loved staying here! I came with my husband, sister, and some friends. It was a great location on the water with a floating dock! The house was done nice and the check in and out process was convenient and painless! Would definitely come back again!

Paradise on King's Bay

Wonderful property with great views and amenities. Super clean and comfortable. The kayaks were easy to paddle to the springs. even saw manatee right off the dock!

Weekend getaway

This is an excellent property. The boat dock was great for evening fishing, having the kayaks was an added bonus. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. The proximity to freedom boat club was great and the dock was a nice bonus to drop off some family members that wants an afternoon break.

Amazing!!!!

We had such a great time! This house is absolutely beautiful. The location on kings bay was breathtaking. We saw so many manatees right off the dock. We caught so many fish. I can’t say enough good things about this home. We definitely will be visiting again.

Great view of King’s Bay. Caught catfish and long nose gar and saw many manatee cruising under the dock.

Great stay!

The house was amazing, very clean with updated renovations making it a very comfortable stay. Owner was very friendly and helpful. The location is spectacular with beautiful sunrise every morning. Even had a manatee greet me first thing while drinking my coffee watching the sunrise on dock. Will definitely rent again for our next family vacation.

Relaxing weekend

We had a great time! The owner was super helpful and communicative. The location of the property and water views are fabulous. The neighborhood is really quiet. We saw manatees right off the dock. The beds were very comfortable, so we slept like babies. The house had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.
