This was our second time staying here. We loved the remodeling of the kitchen!! Plenty of room for all 12 of us. Great location. Not far from everything. Plenty of dock space for 18’ & my brothers 20’ boats. If we had any complaints it would be the beds are a little stiff. We plan on staying for our next visit.

Perfect multi-family home

This property was so spacious and included everything we needed, and more! We brought two boats, both 24 ft, and they both fit at the dock. Our party included 8 adults and 3 teens, and we all slept comfortably.

Amazing house!

What an amazing place to stay, great location and only minutes from stores and restaurants. Decent location in the river to access to the gulf. And the house literally had anything and everything for any occasion and for all ages. This house is definitely by far the best place we have stayed for scalloping and we have been scallop for 15 years. Thank you so much patty and can’t wait to stay here again.

Perfect location

We have been coming to Crystal River for 7 years . We have stayed in a different place every year . This was by far our most favorite . We came with a 26 foot boat and a 21 . Plenty of room on the dock , and plenty of room in the drive way for trucks and trailers . The house was so clean , and offered almost anything you could possibly need in the kitchen .The location is perfect , and we can’t wait to come back .

Family weekend on the water

Property is a perfect location if you desire to be on the water. We brought our boat and had a great time. There are kayaks available on site too. There were so many items available to use that made the stay so wonderful and convenient. The kitchen is fully stocked, there are lots of game options and I really appreciated the basket of toys for our toddler. Beds were comfy and the property is big enough that we never felt crowded or on top of each other as we brought our extended family with us. Wonderful time and great place to stay.

House lives up to its reviews

It was so wonderful to stay at a property that was accurately described and lived up to expectations. Perfect for 2 familys to stay in house together and still have their own space. Patty was wonderful and kind even bringing us beach chairs and a cooler when needed. We look forward to staying here again

Wonderful vacation home for a big crowd

The pictures do not do justice to how lovely this home is. It had plenty of room for our 10 guest. The owner was amazing and helped us figure out how to use the included kayaks to paddle to the Three Sisters Spring. (Which was beautiful!) We saw Manatees right from the dock. The pool was perfect and the living room accommodated all of us for movie night. The game room kept us entertained when we were ready to come inside. The neighborhood was private and was a great place for a morning run or a bike ride on the included bikes. The only negative we have is we wish we would’ve stayed longer. Excellent place!!

Above expectations!

Gorgeous, roomy well equipped home. Everyone had all the space they needed. We were a party of twelve., so 4 full baths was great! There was an issue with the plumbing, but the owners persevered and got it fixed. Plenty of kayaks, and 3 bikes. Lovely neighborhood. Would gladly rent again if we return to the area.

Family Vacation

Our dad hosts a family vacation every year and we love coming to FL in March to escape the cold. This was a great house that our whole family enjoyed. The house was clean and well stocked. Patty was easy to work with and answered our questions. Plenty of kayaks for the whole family to enjoy the water. We saw manatees and a variety of fish. It was close to the Springs - beautiful water and wildlife. Everyone had a great time and would come back again! Thanks Patty for sharing your house!

Celebrating with our 86 year old Dad

What a wonderful stay! The house had so many spaces conducive for us to spend time together! From relaxing by the pool, kayaking to see the manatees, enjoying a family dinner, to relaxing in the recliners after a day of biking on the local trails. Fantastic home and location and very helpful owners. Highly recommend!

We had a great time and property is excellent. They just completed a renovation. House is well stocked and very clean and comfortable. We had a great weekend. This is our fourth time renting this hone and we’ll be back next year.
