We stayed 6 weeks at this waterfront property. Generally have everything you need onsite. We caught fish from the dock as well as out on our boat. Everything worked and had no issues. Every other day Dolphin visits, hunting down lunch. The puppy area was great to have fenced in. Very quiet area and felt private. If you like to relax and skip the party scene, you will like this. Restaurants in the area had great food options and Crystal River or Homosassa are a quick 15 minutes from property. We spent the warm days at Hunter Springs swimming and paddle boarding with the manatees. Fresh seafood is available at the seafood sellers or the crab plant. Covered parking and your own personal boat ramp were a plus for us.

We had an amazing time staying at the fishing and kayaking paradise! It was perfectly set up for our family. We were able to relax and enjoy the peacefulness. It was clean and stocked with the necessaries, which is a rarity, but greatly appreciated. The water view is amazing! Great location, close to everything you need. We will definitely be back. 😊

Beautiful Ozello Florida waterfront home

The property is such a beautiful and relaxing home with all the amenities of home. It is wonderfully f decorated with all sorts of nautical items and funny signs as well as being clean and well maintained. We were able to use all the items on the property including fishing poles and kayaks! There are plenty of fish to catch while sitting in lawn chair on the boat dock. We watched birds flying over, all sprts of boats going by, and dolphins swimming through the water channels. The fenced in yard worked well for our dogs giving them a chance to explore the Florida's plants and little creatures. We had plenty of room for my entire family. My family enjoyed the wonderful upper deck as a family meeting place where we spent time eating dinner together while reminiscing about old times when we lived in Florida and spent most of our free time on the water ether fishing or swimming. There is a nice seafood restaurant and bait shop within walking distance which we frequently took advantage of. The sunsets were beautiful as a warm breeze came off the water in the evening hours. The owner was very nice and quite helpful. She made us feel at home. My family is already planning another visit soon. I encourage all my friends and family to visit and stay at this home on their next visit to Florida. The property is a wonderful place in paradise!

Waterfront Paradise

We absolutely loved our stay in Ozello. The house was just as pictured and had everything we could possibly want. The sunrise each morning was spectacular from all views and our two pups really enjoyed the fenced in yard. Kayaking the waters in the area was so peaceful and saw dolphin swim by several times!

We had a great time

The property was great, we wnjoyed kayaking around. Loved sitting up on the deck watching the boats go by and visiting with family. We truly enjoyed ourselves and the fenced in yard for the rogs was super too. Would definitely stay again

Beautiful View

We loved the location of this home, as it was right on the water. It was so nice to be able to use the kayaks and to bring our dog. The sunrises and sunsets were amazing. We also liked that we could walk to restaurants and the marina with live bait. Such a relaxing place to stay!

Great Experience

The house and location are exactly as the pictures and description indicate. This property is old Florida at its finest. The waterfront, views, 2nd floor decks and boat ramp were our favorites. Also, the fenced in areas made it trouble free for our dog. We brought our 22' bay boat and scalloped for two days. The on-site private boat ramp made life easy. Depending on tides, assume 1.5ft to 2ft of water depth leading from the house out to the channel. Navigating St. Martin River is challenging the first time. However, the nearby marina staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Communications from Christine were always accurate and timely. We strongly recommend this property.

Great place to stay

This was a perfect spot for us to stay when going fishing out of Ozello Keys dock or the Plantation docks. Beautiful scenery and sunrises greeted us every morning just outside our windows.

Wonderful stay at Ozello Keys

Deck and deck furniture were clean and inviting. The house was clean and comfortable. It was a puzzle at first as to why the main kitchen was above stairs until we realized the house is built on 2 levels keeping in mind a possible storm surge. That made it even more interesting. The view of the inlet from the house is wonderful. The water is a bit shallow for a fishing boat other than a row boat to use the dock. The location right on the water at Ozello Keys was a perfect location for us to make our way to the Ozello Keys marina and take a boat ride down Crystal River through King Bay to view the manatees and dolphins.

Paradise

Such an awesome stay, we were able to navigate easily to the gulf for scalloping, and to Homosassa Springs by boat. This house was perfect for us and our friends as we were able to fit everyone, and host dinner out in the backyard. Private enough and not a lot of boaters around buzzing past you as you relax on the amazing porches. We were able to walk down the street to Backwater Fins for an amazing dinner. Can’t wait to book again!

Great experience!

We came down to grouper fish. This place is very relaxing and the view is awesome! Grey place to kick back after a day on the water. Especially loved the hammock under the deck right next to the water for an afternoon nap! Highly recommended!
