The price we paid was too much for the condition of the room. The microwave was in a bad condition and the place needs a renovation.

It was just an overnight stop while traveling. I would recommend changing the bedding. Old bed cover and old blankets should be changed out for simple white duvet and cover that can be laundered.

Staff was wonderful and the room was very clean. There were a lot of guests which made it a bit noisy.

We asked for a wake-up call for 9am & they didn't call. We woke up at 10.30am called front office and told them we did not get the call they apologized and gave us till 12pm to pack & leabe the room Yeh. We were allowed to use the pool and no one bothered us.

The hotel room was supposed to be a non-smoking room as my daughter and i both have allergies to cigarette smoke, but as soon as we walked in we could smell the smoky smell. It absolutely turned my stomach!

Im so sorry , we do ask people not to smoke in front of there rooms . No one is allowed to smoke in the rooms or they will be fined

Bathroom was dirty and obviously, still under construction. Could not leave dog in the room or they told me they would call someone to come get him. How is that a pet friendly hotel??

Probably the best stay for the money in Crystal River. Nice staff. Denny's on site. Clean and quiet rooms.

We got a room with two double beds. Both beds had hair in the sheets, and one of the beds had what appeared to be food crumbs. Went to the office, got more sheets, changed them, and stayed the night. The bathtub was even worse. It had obviously not been cleaned as there was not only a lot of hair of different lengths, but dirty washcloths were left draped over the shower curtain rod, dried until crispy. We bought a bottle of bleach and bleached out the shower. All this for $153 per night.

Got good sightseeing suggestions from check-in clerk. People were nice and it was quiet. No problems except the toilet leaked.

We only reserved the room for one night. We planned to swim with the Manatee and then return to the room to shower. When we went to start the shower we saw how filthy it was. Hair and dirt in the tub. When we stopped and talked to the person at the front desk, he said this sometimes happens. He said the sewer backs up. There was no excuse for this no matter what I would never stay at this hotel again.

The front desk staff did not even return my greeting when I entered the office to check in, even after I said “hi” first. Plugs in room are all in weird locations (not near bed to charge cell phone, had to move coffee maker to a precarious spot to plug it in, etc. Outdated and mismatched furnishings, ancient mini fridge rusting out at bottom. Ice machine closest to room not working. Smelled cigarette smoke coming through bathroom vent every night. Dog barking in nearby room a couple mornings. Ground floor rooms right next to everyone’s parking spots. The Good things were friendly housekeeping staff, clean affordable washer & dryer, pretty clean room.

Beds comfortable, clean bedding, fresh towels. My feet were black from dirt on vinyl flooring. I think it gets dusty since we were on 1st floor. Flooring is great tho. Wish they'd give you a coupon for breakfast at Denny's or a discount.

The building almost looked abandoned. The rooms facing the courtyard were empty. We were given a room facing the parking lot. There was a sign at the desk to guests, to request for a hair dryer 🙄. Our room was clean and Dennys was next door for breakfast.

Very Dirty
Check in went fine, no problems there. The hotel was quiet, and the air conditioning worked. There was a roach on the sink when we walked in. The bathroom was NOT clean. The floor got wet because it was raining when we came in, so I wiped up the water with one of the towels and it came away filthy from the dirty floor. The bed had a visible hump and was very uncomfortable. I can’t believe I had to pay $150 for such a terrible experience.

Really Nice & Friendly Place!
Everyone was super nice and helpful. The room was nice, clean and quiet. The hotel is located close to town and right on a main road that goes into town and its on almost directly on the water. Will definitely be returning on my next trip to Crystal River.

Everyone was super nice and helpful. The room was nice, quiet and clean. Its in a good spot right on a main road and is on the water too. Its close to pretty much everything you could need. Will definitely stay there again!
