Great place to stay with comfortable beds, two living rooms, screened porch, large deck, ice machine and other things that make this a great place for a family. Kitchen is well stocked and nicely decorated.

Great Place to Stay in Crystal River

We have stayed here the last couple of years for Memorial Day weekend and plan to book again next year. The house, floating dock, and easy access to the gulf make this the perfect place for us to stay. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience.

What an amazing stay!

This was a wonderful place to stay. Wealthy was always in contact and very helpful, the place was cozy and right on the water which made it easy to get the boat in and out to the ocean. One of our best experiences!

Great hosts and relaxing retreat

This property is on a very peaceful canal but yet so close to the Crystal River, 3 Sisters Springs and many restaurants. We enjoyed the kayaks and being so close to Homosassa Springs as well. The host was very attentive and helpful.

Great quiet location

Everything was great here. We really enjoyed being able to use the kayaks that were available and dropping in right at the house. Neighborhood was super quiet, house was clean with plenty of room and everything we needed.

Great place for a little boat time!

Stayed for an extended weekend and although we were rained out 2 of the days it was a great place. Kids and us played cards on the card table and we enjoyed a girls movie night and boys movie night in separate living rooms. Clean and spacious with 3 king beds our family of 4 slept great. Nice living area and the screen porch was great too. Floating dock was perfect for our stay and we will be back again soon!

Owners worked so hard to meet our needs

After 2 devastating hurricanes in the area, the owners worked hard to make sure the place was ready for our reservations. The place met our needs, the owners were available to our needs and the neighbors were very pleasant. We were able to habe a relaxing visit with our local family. Beautiful view Nd cer comfortable and well equipped rental.

Perfect Location

Wonderful experience! Location is central to all activities Crystal River has to offer. Excellent amenities. Boat dock and channel was perfect to accommodate 28' Center console. Would highly recommend quant property.

Location & Pristine!

This place was very clean and the location was amazing! Quiet neighborhood, just right around the corner to the river via the canal....PERFECT location, the house was probably the best stocked house in my rental history with extra added touches of things that most do not have. Very much one of our best stays & we do alot of VRBO etc. Owner was very attentive and communicative - we will definitely be back if available!

Quiet, Peaceful Stay

This was our third visit to this house. We love this area specifically because it is quiet. There is a lovely lanai where we can eat outside, a big tree that keeps the patio in shade in the afternoon and Crystal River itself has great places to eat and recreate.

Week One of June 2024

My wife and I stayed and was truly impressed with the quiet location. We enjoyed the extra care it takes to make someone's stay pleasant. The boat docking and location to Crystal River is great. It's a short ride to the springs, dinning and the gulf. We highly recommend this place for a pleasant and peaceful stay. Thank you, Doug & Carmella

Great location - amazing porch / dock!

Our family of 5 stayed here, with grandparents coming over for meals. The dock and the screened in back porch were our favorite spots!! So much outside area to sit, relax, watch some boats. The house had all the things we needed to cook meals, a fenced yard for our little dog, and plenty of outdoor space. I totally recommend this place!

Wonderful Peaceful Home

We were at this property for an extended amount of time and loved every minute of it !The home is very well equipped with all that you need! The neighborhood was peaceful. The home is very convenient to many restaurants and activities. We loved the boat dock and convenient to access Crystal River in a short time. The owner is very friendly, attentive and fast to respond to any questions or concerns. We will be going back if all goes well !

Another awesome vacation!!

This was our 6th time staying here and for a group of guys looking for a base for golfing/fishing this has been excellent!! Never have we ever had a issue and with restaurants close by we never go hungry. We are already looking forward to next year!!!

Love the quiet in this neighborhood

This was our second stay at this property. We asked to be there a bit early and there was no problem. The area is quiet and relaxing. Two baths is very convenient. We found some great nature trails to walk and did a kayaking outing to see the manatees. A great visit.
