The room had a beautiful outlook and was filled outdoor light which gave it a warming and spacious feel. Would highly recommend and will definitely be making this our go to when visiting Perth."

"The location is perfect and very close to city centre. The hotel itself is very modern and very clean. Every amenities in the room is stylist and in an excellent condition. I would like to show my gratitude to the front desk staff (cant remember her name). She offered us a late check out knowing our flight is in the midnight. "This Motel was very run down and did not in anyway reflect the photos on the website. We booked a Superior Room with Garden Patio and were very disappointed. The King Bed was so close to one wall it was very difficult to access. The on wall air conditioner was old and noisy. The garden patio was a wasteland of weeds, bare earth and the occasional large rock (see photos) and the metal grid and chain on the sliding patio door did not inspire confidence. Luckily we only needed to stay one night...

"Excellent location for convenient and easy access to F&B, transport and grocery. Nice river view and quiet surrounding, occasionally could hear ambulance siren as the hospital is just nearby. Most staff are friendly, especially Francesca is very polite, patience and helpful."

"Finding out that parking now cost a per day rate, when only 3 years ago it was free, was an unpleasant shock upon arrival. Especially when you select onsite parking at the time of booking via Expedia. I have regularly booked the Baileys specifically because of the free parking and it's proximity to the CBD, however moving forward I might look for alternatives where costs are upfront."
