Service was good, rooms OK, bathrooms not great. Don't expect to have fun in the pool with Kids, it's a fun free zone! I understand for healthclub type visitors but if you book thinking, 'great the kids will enjoy the pool' it's not worth it, too many rules. (No Jump, No Dive, No under 16 in Jacuzzi ...

Check in with Gwenno was great. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Ordered room service.. sadly the creme catalan was like scrambled egg... Explained this on check out.. "will let the chef know" Charged twice for the room but quickly corrected. Parking is cheaper here than at ICC - left my car there ...
