"House has everything you need plus a fenced in back yard which makes letting your dog out so easy. Heat and air work great. Slept so well in the very comfortable mattress. Very quiet neighborhood. Took my dog for a walk as wide streets have little traffic. Easy to get in touch with host or his assistant. Recommend this property."

"We had major plumbing issues shortly after we arrived on Friday, 1 person used the shower and it backed up into the toilets, we couldn’t flush the toilets and had to use a store’s bathroom for bowel movements. We had 10 of us. It was obviously an ongoing problem because there were signs in both bathrooms saying not to flush anything but toilet paper. I am angry because it took 3 phone calls and several text messages to get a plumber in on Saturday at 10:30. The main line kept telling us someone...

"I can't say enough how this host made it so easy for us to enjoy this property. The place is extremely clean, open and bright. While the neighborhood is in transition the attention to detail and security were very much appreciated. The location was key for us and centrally located. Hardwood floors and big open windows made the place inviting. We hope to stay here again next year if possible. I would give the host 10 stars if I could for their curtesy and professionalism."

"Property exactly as listed. Easy to find and enter. Immaculately clean inside—decor, furnishings, and amenities all very simple—which made for a simply wonderful stay. We had everything we needed for a comfortable and restful weekend stay. Paint looked relatively new as did the window treatments. Beds were comfortable; appliances, alarm system, HVAC system all very easy to operate. Property contact responded immediately when a small issue arose and had the problem rectified in less than 15...

"We really enjoyed gathering together as a family at this property, and the host organization of this property was super helpful and accommodating!! The house was very cozy and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the park down the street and the basketball hoop for the kids to play! Grocery shopping was also super easy with the store just 4 minutes away. The only con was that I wish the carpet on the stairs was cleaned with a carpet cleaner only because we had a toddler crawling...

"Overall we liked the place, but I was a little concerned about the neighborhood. It served it's purpose for our trip though. The only thing I wasn't happy with is maintenance was scheduled during our stay and I was uncomfortable with having someone in the house with our belongings while we weren't there. It seems this could have been scheduled when someone wasn't staying at the property. Otherwise the home was lovely."
