"The team at the Royal Oak were fantastic from check in to check out. Freshly cooked tasty breakfast every morning and would definitely reccommend the sunday roast which was delicious. The team were very friendly and helpful throughout. The location was absolutely perfect!"

"I have to admit that, in my case, I didn’t enjoy at all. Staff is so inflexible, I was in a business trip. Impossible to get a cold sandwich after 9pm (arrived at 9:07) no other options in town except an Indian.
The hotel is pet friendly which I like but for the rest not an option for me. A pity because I was expecting something different.
The rooms are fine but too many steps and a bit caotic

"Nice room, very clean. Only problem was that we were on the top floor on one of the hottest days of the year and the room was boiling. We left the window open but we were right next to a main road and the traffic noise was really loud."
