"What a fantastic villa, the location was perfect, we couldn't get much closer to the beach!To have our own pool was lovely and it was kept clean throughout our stay.It was lovely to have the welcome drinks and a great tour around the villa.We will definitely come back and stay again!"

Das Haus ist funktional, aber gemütlich eingerichtet. Durch die Klimaanlagen musste man nicht in warmen Schlafzimmern schlafen. Das Highlight war für uns der Pool, den wir ausgiebig nutzten. "We loved Sandra’s cosy stone house on a quiet lane within walking distance of restaurants and shops, just 20 minutes drive from Zadar. It is exactly like the photos. Sandra was a great host, quick to communicate and helpful. We especially liked the covered terrace, outdoor oven and hot tub."

"Das Haus ist gut gelegen und vor allem ist der Garten auch im Sommer angenehm schattig. Das Ferienhaus selbst hat eine tolle Veranda auf der wir gerne zum Essen gesessen haben. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit .Es gibt in der Nähe gute Restaurants und auch einen gutsortierten Supermarkt. "

Leider hat die Kaffeemaschine nicht sehr gut funktioniert, wir haben dies der Agentur gemeldet, leider kam kein Ersatz. Dann haben wir uns Instant Kaffee besorgt. Es wäre für die Nachmieter schön, wenn sie eine andere Kaffeemaschine bekommen würden.Auch wäre es super, wenn die Pfannen ausgetauscht werden. "We really enjoyed our stay in Lukoran. Valter and his wife are very welcoming and helpful. The house is located in a calm neighbourhood close to the little harbour and town centre of Lukoran. Our favourite beach was in Muline, blue water and rocks, 5min drive by car and 5 mins walk. Very beautiful! The beaches in Lukoran are also clean and the water is clear blue. For kids the sandy beach is just perfect. Also the playground right next to the little supermarket is a nice target for a walk from...
