Adjacent to this space is 1 bedroom furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also offering access to the terrace. 2 further bedrooms are located on this level, each equipped with 1 french bed of the same dimensions, 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The ground floor also features a fully equipped open kitchen with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. This level is served by 2 shower rooms, each with a WC. The upper floor is accessed via an exterior staircase and is entirely independent, as there is no internal connecting door between the 2 levels. It comprises a living and dining room with 1 double sofabed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length, satellite TV, and air conditioning, with direct access to the balcony. 2 additional bedrooms are situated on this floor, each furnished with 1 double bed composed of 2 x 80 cm width and 200 cm in length, with one of these rooms also offering access to the balcony.
