"They accepted a booking clearly marked pet friendly and then we got suggested on arrival to leave pet in the vehicle. It’s not that nice, I’ve stayed their before without a pet and the sheer audacity of staff to even make a suggestion like it is ridiculous. Also; refund refused even though they accepted ..."
