We were there for Thanksgiving and the house had everything you would need to put a feast together. There 14 of us and we were all comfortable. Saw 6 red foxes running around the house and the hot tub was huge and a big hit with everyone, especially the 7 grandkids.

The property was amazing, the location was perfect. All of the needed facilities were available, and there were amenities that went above and beyond. Do not hesitate to use this property. The biggest issue that we had was something that the owners likely thought was a feature when building the home but turns out to be a burden. The lights are a complex and difficult to understand and manage system. We placed a couple complaints and phone calls specifically for a bedroom, whose lights would not turn off. Unfortunately, this forced a couple of our guests to sleep on couches because it’s impossible to sleep in a room with blaring lights. I believe if the management company would’ve got the message they would’ve tried to fix everything, but for whatever reason they didn’t and for two nights of our stay people had to sleep on the couch. If this wasn’t an expensive rental, it wouldn’t have been that big of a deal. But with one of the six bedrooms not working or conducive for sleep, it makes for a large disappointment and we feel a bit let down due to the cost. All in all … pretty much perfect stay, just bring a sleep mask in case you get bedroom #3. This happened on multiple lights, in different rooms, but bedroom #3 was the specific culprit that kept people from sleeping. I’m simply taking the note that when building a home, I’ll rely on the old standby simple physical light switch.

Amazing Stay

Gray Fox was beautiful. There was lots of room for everyone, and it was great being able to seat 14 at the dining table for meals. We will definitely stay here again when returning to Crested Butte. Ski in/out was super easy. Many in our party took advantage of the complimentary First Tracks Shuttle.

Outstanding Property

This home did not disappoint. It was everything the pictures depicted and much more. The house had everything we could possibly need. The ski in/ski out was at a great location on the mountain. There was not one negative thing I could say about our stay here. We enjoyed the hot tub with the amazing view of the mountains all around us. At the end of the week we didn't want to leave this beautiful home.

Great home for family vacation.

We’ve been going to CB for 20 plus years staying in numerous homes, this one has to be the best. Child and family friendly. Views were amazing from all points of the property. This large home is extremely quiet. Great communication with property management. Love we could use the garage with easy access to the kitchen. It’s hard to say anything negative about this home, but mosquitoes were extremely bad. With that being said, retractable screens were difficult to operate, which were a necessity to keep the home cool. We will definitely book this beautiful home again.

Multi Family perfection

We traveled with three families including children ages 1-12! The bedroom and bath situation could not have been better for this as everyone had their own en suite. The kitchen is a dream and VERY well appointed with spices and condiments in addition to gadgets and cookware. Don’t buy a wine opener if you stay here LOL. They’re now stocked with at least 10. We did contribute a new can opener as theirs had seen better days. We cooked every meal for 11 and enjoyed it! The garage parking is a major perk and access to town was 15 minutes. Two families had a car and our family did not. We skied in and out, but as the listing says a car is really recommended for this location (and 4WD in a good snow year!) Ski access is very manageable for blue skiers, but novice or young skiers could not ski in especially. Our girls (10 and 12) never had a problem, but would caution families with ski school aged kiddos. Would absolutely stay again and was sad to leave. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home!

Wonderful Winter Stay

We loved the home, the location of the property where the kids could ski in and out, and the comfortable indoor decor. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! The kitchen was well stocked for eating in a night or two. The kids enjoyed the bunk-room environment. We would stay again at this location. We grilled one evening and we saw the neighborhood fox, and the bird that sits on the deck. Wonderful days away!

Breathtaking views

Very well built home with custom kitchen and furnishings. Every bedroom has its own unique views of the phenomenal landscape views. It snowed a few days before we got there and the snow was still there for the children to enjoy. Great place to get away with your family and enjoy nature with peaceful surroundings.

Great home with all of the amenities and greatv location.

We pleasantly enjoyed this house. The location is superb and the house itself is very inviting and spacious. We were able to use the sauna and it didn't disappoint after a long day of skiing. This is a perfect home for families that are needing somewhere to relax on a day off from skiing or running around. There is plenty of space to spread out and plenty of games to enjoy. Would definitely stay here again.
