So comfortable and room to spare for our group of 7! Everyone loved how easy it was to get to the lift. Not as easy to get back, but that was Mother Nature’s fault! One small maintenance issue that was fixed immediately…thanks, Bill!! We really hope we’ll be able to come back!

Fantastic place to stay at CB! Ski in ski out, free shuttle provided by the condo that takes you around the city, and tons of space for sleeping.

Convenient location. Great views. Living area is dark, VERY poorly lit. Kitchen was good. Office staff were friendly. The spiral stairs up to the loft are definitely a challenge. We were 8 adults and a dog.

Great Thanksgiving Holiday

Wonderful stay in Crested Butte during Thanksgiving. We came into town for the Nordic Ski Camp. Property is wonderful. Very comfortable layout. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Thoughtless management

Unit was hard to find. No instructions. Poor signage. Lights on all night interfering in the view. No deck furniture. Interiors were nice but other things interfered with enjoyment of our stay.

Great rental for large family

The place had ample beds to accommodate all of the varying family members. It came with a kitchen with all of the necessary items to cook a meal. It had a great view and since we came in the summer there were good trails right out the door to walk the dog. They also made the pup welcome which was a nice touch.

Excellent overall, just a few quirks

This place was fantastic for location and accommodating our family, and we are thankful for the pup-friendliness! There were only a few surprises that were not stellar but still fine. How dark the lighting was in the main areas - living room and kitchen - was a little challenging during certain times of the day. We used a fan to drown out neighbor noise because you could hear a lot at night, but the box fan provided worked great for this! And the kitchen was well stocked with pots, utensils, and plates/bowls, and we brought plenty of food, but I was caught off guard by there being absolutely no salt/pepper, oil, or any other kitchen basics, although this might be normal; just not my experience with other condos or homes we have rented; solved easily by a store run, but just mildly inconvenient. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and I highly recommend crested butte for the 4th of July! They do a great job celebrating America’s birthday!!

Amazing location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! With 8 adults, I feared the condo might be a little tight, but it was perfect and utilized space really well. The ultimate highlight was the fact that we were 20 steps from the slopes and a 20 second ski down to a lift that accessed blues and greens. It is indeed a true ski-in-ski-out. We tend to ski different mountains every year, but if we’re ever in CB again, we know where we’ll want to stay. Thanks for making it a great trip!

Wedding weekend

The property was just like the photos! Everything was tidy, the management was super easy to communicate with and very helpful when we had a plug that went out in the house, they had maintenance there that day to fix it. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Excellent - Value x Quality

Dog friendly, family friendly, adventure friendly. This place was fantastic. Views are incredible, location is perfect for exploring Mt Crested, extremely comfortable beds/furniture. We had a small mix up with keys at the start, quickly rectified by onsite manager. We had a leaky shower head, fixed within an hour with a new shower head. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend for families/groups of friends/dogs.

Beautiful place, great location

Overall we loved staying at this condo. It has clearly been remodeled and is significantly nicer than the rest of the building. There is a lot of space, and there is more private sleeping space than marketed. Furniture is nice, wood burning fire place and free wood also a nice touch. The outside of the condos look rough, but the inside is professionally decorated and cozy. The walk to the lifts is about 200 yards since the closest lift isn't yet open. There is ski storage just outside the unit. A few suggestions. 1- Could use more light. It was rather dark with only lamps and no overhead lighting. 2- The batteries in the remotes need to be changed and upstairs tv rarely works 3- Dishwasher needs to be fixed 4- Need a decent can opener. Dollar store one is not sufficient. 5- BYO plastic containers, bags or saran wrap 6- Tie down for tension shade in twin bed room is broken.

Great Location - Lots of Beds

The property is in a great location for access to the resort, trails and city bus. There were enough beds for each guest, including two couples. They accommodate pets very well which is rare in the VRBO age. We would definitely recommend to others.

Good place

Great location, kitchen is nice. Need to update your bathrooms. The toilet seats are worn, chipped and peeling and need to be replaced....very inexpensive to do. You need to have better sealing around the bathtub and shower as it looks like it is about to pop out. The place is very dark and needs more overhead lighting. Kitchen is fully stocked which was very nice. Could have used a washer and dryer. Could have been one in there but the door was locked. Stairs to get to the loft area is a death trap waiting to happen. Went up once to check it out and never went up again. Two queen size beds in the loft with no door so I can see that being noisy while people are downstairs in the living room.

Easy place for a family to spread out on vacation

Easy check in process. Loved that we could bring our dogs. The kitchen works great for making family dinners and there were suitable cooking utensils. Convenient parking for the unit. It is an easy walk to the CB Resort. I’d recommend this place to anyone. If you want to sit on the balcony, bring some lawn chairs.
