The Honest Picture: The CBMR lifts are a 3-minute walk from the front door, which means guests can carry ski boots rather than driving and parking every morning. The 6-guest maximum is comfortable with 4 in beds and 2 on the sofa bed; groups of 6 adults sharing the space full-time should plan accordingly. Plaza at Woodcreek is a residential condo building, not a hotel, so quiet hours and HOA rules apply and there is no 24/7 on-site staff.
Guest Access:
The entire condo is yours. Self check-in via keypad — full instructions arrive in our digital guidebook before your stay. Elevator runs from the covered parking level straight to your floor.
Two reserved covered parking spaces come with the unit — no scraping snow off the car, no searching for a spot during storm days.
Indoor and outdoor hot tub . Sauna, steam room, pickleball, and tennis courts are shared building amenities accessible to all guests.
The Neighborhood:
Plaza 641 is located at Plaza at Woodcreek in Mt. Crested Butte, Colorado — the resort village built at the base of Crested Butte Mountain Resort (CBMR). Guests walk 3 minutes to the CBMR base area and the Red Lady Express, Silver Queen, and West Wall lifts, with the base-area restaurants (A Bar Above, Butte 66, Coffee Lab) and the resort's ski school and gondola all within a 10-minute walk.
A free Mountain Express shuttle runs all day, every day between Mt. Crested Butte and the historic town of Crested Butte — a 6-minute ride to Victorian-era Elk Avenue with restaurants, bars, art galleries, and boutique shopping. The shuttle runs roughly every 15 minutes from early morning through evening, so guests rarely need to move a car during their stay.
