What a wonderful house for our family of 17! Everyone had a place to call their own as we enjoyed Spring skiing in Crested Butte. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and then some. Eric was quick to answer any questions and was there to help when we had concerns. We really enjoyed the steam showers and hot tub after a long day of skiing. The sound system and media room were well used, and we enjoyed visiting over pool table competitions. Loved the artwork! We brought in a private chef one night, and it was fabulous. So close to town but set back into the woods, we had one of the best views of Crested Butte we have ever had in the thirty-five years of visiting CB. We can't wait to book again for the summer and experience the beauty of the mountains. Thank you, Theresa, for opening your home to our family.

Amazing home and incredible host! Everything was perfect, the views, the kitchen, the steam rooms, we loved it all. I’ve been traveling with this group for 16 years and this was our favorite spot yet! We had our wedding here we had 19 sleep here and 26 come to the property overall. There was plenty of room and the views were absolutely STUNNING. Everyone had such great things to say about this house. It did rain the whole weekend we were here, but the living room was big enough to have everyone inside for all of our dinners. I would love to come back here in the future! Eric was so helpful when we had some issues and Theresa was super easy to work with when booking!

as beautiful as the photos are being there is so much better! the house is absolutely kitted out with everything you could need and more (there's even an oxygen machine)we booked the house for a long weekend for our small elopement style wedding where we fully used the house's amenities: amazing view of crested butte for the wedding ceremony, well equipped kitchen, large dining room/ living room, gorgeous bar and pool room, movie room, hot tub, steam room, pickleball court & morethe host and the property manager were so quick to respond and friendly, I couldn't recommend booking a stay here more!

We had a wonderful day at this property! The house itself was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. The property managers were incredibly attentive and always quick to respond whenever we need anything, which made the whole experience stress-free. We had the most amazing weekend at Theresa’s place! We stayed with our entire wedding party of 23 and couldn’t have asked for a better place to make memories. The house was plenty spacious for all of us, stocked full of amenities, and set to a breathtaking backdrop of CB. The entire staff who helped us throughout the weekend were amazing too. We celebrated our tenth anniversary with a group of 16 people. Our group included a ten month old and two (small) dogs. The view might be among the best in Colorado from any residential property I've been to in my 20 years here. It felt like having our own private resort (think: Devil's Thumb Ranch) without other guests or staff everywhere. There is a long table (not pictured) that comfortably fit our group for meals together, which was really helpful and fun. This place has a ton of charm, high-end furniture and art, and is thoughtfully decorated. We loved the outdoor spaces - we spent tons of time on the patio, in the hot tub, and on the property. We enjoyed our stay, but it definitely felt like a splurge and a bit overpriced at 4500/night (5700 a night including taxes and fees). That said, it is unique and a lovely place for a special occasion. I could see this being an absolutely magical place to hold a wedding or a family reunion.

Stunning home and gorgeous property/view!

Everything about our stay was amazing! The home was even more beautiful in person and the views were one in a million. My family and friends created amazing memories here during our stay and everyone enjoyed the property and all amenities to the fullest! The pool table, bar, movie room, fire places, fire pit, spa, BBQ, and every room was enjoyed on our trip and it was nothing short of amazing. The owner and property manager were both extremely kind and responsive. Couldn't have asked for better hosts! We owe a great debt to them for welcoming us to their home and helping us throughout our stay. Thank you! 20/10 would recommend a stay here!

Magical Family Wedding Location

We are so grateful to have stayed at Theresa and Ian’s stunning home for our intimate family wedding this April. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how thoughtfully designed and welcoming the space is. The common areas are spacious and beautifully appointed with artistic touches and a connected speaker system for music throughout, and the location simply can’t be beat—the views of Crested Butte and the surrounding mountains are absolutely breathtaking.Theresa was warm, responsive, and helpful throughout our planning process and during our stay, which made everything seamless and stress-free. We truly felt at home and were genuinely sad to leave.One of our favorite features of the house was the incredible sunroom—it comfortably hosted all 22 of us for our wedding dinner, complete with custom lights and panoramic mountain views. It was magical.This home was the perfect setting for such a special occasion. We can’t recommend it highly enough and hope to return someday!

Winter Wedding Wonderland!

What an amazing property!!! My husband and I had a magical mini-wedding here at the end of March. The home had everything we dreamed of and more! The property comfortably housed our bridal party of 16. We woke to a surprise snowstorm on our ceremony day - 6-8 fresh inches with no sign of stopping. Eric, the property manager, quickly got the driveway and patio cleared for us. We had a lovely, snowy outdoor ceremony on the patio. The house never felt crowded or empty for our total group of 25 on ceremony day. Our guests mingled by the bar, played casual games of pool, and entertained themselves with karaoke and puzzles throughout the weekend. The kitchen was well appointed and the large fridge was able to contain all of our food supplies. The views and setting are phenomenal. A few of our guests ventured into town on foot and said the walk wasn’t bad, even in the snow! We had a minor issue one night when a humidifier in a bedroom set off a fire alarm at 5am. Thankfully, the alarm pads are well labeled with information on what to do, and both the property manager and CB Fire Department showed up quickly to diagnose the issue and put our fears to rest. One logistical note: do take into account the configuration of beds/rooms as you plan for your group - we originally hoped to house our entire wedding in the home but ultimately limited it to the bridal party only due to the arrangement of beds/bunks to bathrooms.

Wonderful home for family gathering

We loved our stay in CB! This home was a great fit for our family, 4 couples and a baby. It was nice that each bedroom had an ensuite bathroom. We loved the game room, theater room, steam room and hot tub! Made many meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The team was really responsive to all of our questions and requests and the home was gorgeously appointed and cared for. A solid 15 minute walk to town in the winter, but do-able.

Mom’s 80th Birthday

Our family all gathered together for my mom’sbirthday celebration/reunion. The house provided us places to gather but gave everyone their own space when needed. The house is amazing and really has everything you need and so much more. It snowed heavily before we got there and it was magical, but the driveway was always plowed. Amazing stay in Crested Butte.

Amazing House for a Big Family

It was absolutely amazing! My family of 18 people spent Christmas in Creste Butte. Teresa was so kind and made sure that everything was wonderful for us. My communication with her was great. She answered any questions that anyone in my family had. Eric, the property manager, was really nice and so helpful with anything we needed. He even towed my brothers vehicle when he got stuck in the snow. The location is great! You feel secluded but you are actually just outside of Creste Butte. The house is amazing. It has everything you need in the kitchen and lots of toys for the kids to play with. We could not have picked a better house to spend our Christmas!

Awesome trip with extended family

This was a very good property, the houses are gorgeous and super comfortable and clean. It did not lack one thing. Kitchen well equipped and stocked with spices etc. we watched movies, played pool, skied and sledded. Awesome trip and property. The hosts were were very helpful and gracious as was property manager
