We had a few issues with this unit. The location was great, but the first night we realized the garbage disposal didn't work. The maintenance person came right out to look at it and determined that the housecleaners broke a glass cup down the drain so there were glass shards he had to shopvac out. The dishwasher never worked, we ran it at least 2x/day and their maintenance folks came out to look at it but they never got it fixed so the kitchen was full of dirty dishes and we had to handwash everything. The key to the main door also only worked intermittently, and they said they were aware of this from a prior guest but still did not have this fixed. We had to have the maintenance people let us into our unit more than once because the key would not work.
When we checked in after hours, the front desk was closed and they were still trying to get me to fill out a check in sheet when I was checking out, saying that the point was that they needed my signature even though I clearly signed in online and filled out all online requirements - very outdated.
Location was great but amenities and basic utilities in unit were severely lacking.
