Summary:

3 Bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home in the town of Crested Butte. Quiet location with yard.



The Space:

This charming home sits on the coveted west end of town, on a mature, landscaped lot with tall trees that shade the yard in summer and offer privacy year-round.



The main floor includes two separate living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and a primary bedroom with a queen bed and en suite bath. The primary bedroom has a smart TV (streaming apps only) and opens onto a private patio surrounded by garden beds. Toward the back of the main floor, a cozy den offers a large TV, a collection of games, and a relaxed spot to unwind. A large dining table comfortably seats all guests, and the front sitting room — with a gas fireplace and plenty of natural light — is a good spot for reading in the afternoon. Overall, the layout offers guests several distinct spaces to spread out or find some quiet. A full washer/dryer is located on the main floor.



Upstairs are two bedrooms and a shared bath, along with an open nook with twin bunk beds. One bedroom has two twin beds, and the other has a queen.



All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.



It is 2 blocks from the 100 block of Elk Ave, just far enough away to enjoy the peace and serenity that Crested Butte has to offer and yet close enough to walk to anything.  



You are 3 blocks to the bus stop for the free town shuttle. The free Town Shuttle carries you between Crested Butte and Mt. Crested Butte. 



The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian.

The Neighborhood:

Quiet street that is a deadend so no through traffic.



Getting Around:

Take a right from the parking area of the house and than a right onto First St. When you get to Elk Ave, take a left and within a block you will be in the main business district of Crested Butte. If you then take a right on 2nd you will see the Old Town Hall and that is where the bus to the ski area will pick you up.
