Excellent location
Great spot right next to Red Lady. Parking can be a little scarce but I managed to get a spot. I was a little disappointed that the tv didn’t have access to any streaming services. Kitchen had all the pots and pans needed for meals but obviously you need to bring seasoning and such.

Great location and very nice
The condo is located at the base of the mountain and a very short walk to the main lifts. There is also a shuttle stop very close by that takes you into town as well if you are looking for that. The condo it’s self is nice and well decorated.

Worn condo
This property is ok, but nothing to write home about. Although we had problem getting into condo, owner responsive. No drip coffee pot, but when I called a new one was brought over. This condo is in an older building that needs some maintenance. It was not clear to us that there were 4 flights of stairs to get to front door with no elevator. Impossible to get cooler up, and thus many trips to car for our belongings. The pots and pans were very used and minimal. The balcony off the bedroom was very dirty, and had not been cleaned to be able to sit out there. The fan in the bathroom made a loud grinding noise and could not be used. There was a fireplace however, it had been condemned by the fire department. We did not need to use a fireplace and this was not listed as an amenity anyway. The bottom of the shower curtain was pink with mildew, which was a turn off. There is no soundproofing, so the neighbors above us were very very obvious. To be positive, the bed was very comfortable.

Hi, We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with portions of your accomodations. We feel like we explain the fact that you have to climb multiple sets of stairs to access the property in the listing. As far as the shower liner, we have replaced that today. We always wash them twice a year, during our slow season, but obviously, it needed to be replaced. We will also wash the decks and scrub the furniture. We appreciate your feedback and also appreciate that you mentioned a few positives things that we and the condo provided for your stay.

Wonderful Crested Butte getaway

The condo was well-maintained and nicely decorated. It was very quiet and easily accessible, except on the first day, when the code we were given did not open the door and our cell phones were not working. Fortunately, we were able to contact Alpine Property Management, who promptly gave us a working code. Other than that glitch, everything else about our stay was great and I would highly recommend this property to friends.

Basic unit, great location
This is a pretty basic place, in decent shape. It worked well for our family (2 young kids) on a spring break ski trip. The kitchen utensils and cooking supplies were well stocked, including stuff like salt, pepper, oil, and plenty of pots pans and kitchen tools. The ski locker was great and the hot tub was a hit with the kids. Bring your own extra towels if you plan on using the hot tub. There were only 4 thin bath towels supplied, so these were always drenched between showers and the hot tub. It would have been nice if the bedroom had a tv, as our kids went to bed early on the pullout. The location of this place is awesome for skiing, literally less than a hundred yards from the lifts and close to all the apres skiing restaurants.

The location is perfect, less than a minute walking distance to the lifts, ski rental and restaurants. The condo is nice and clean and has everything we needed. We were worried about the parking but there was no problem with that at all. The people who mange the property were very helpful and the owner was very generous. Our flight was canceled because of bad weather and we got to CB the day after the original arriving day but the owner let us extend our stay by one day to make up the day we missed. Couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommended!

Nice place!
Well-appointed condo in a TERRIFIC location, just feet to the slopes! Compared to many other similar slope side condos, this offers a more functional kitchen, more closet space and a decent-size bedroom as well. The only drawback was that some of the dishes had been put away wet and dirty, but it is understandably hard to expect your cleaning crew to inspect every dish and piece of silverware. Would stay here again, thanks!

Cute condo, good location, onsite parking a problem
When we selected this condo, the listing said each unit had one parking space. When we received our check-in instructions, the property manager mentioned we might have to use overflow parking at the ski area. Sure enough, when we arrived there was not any parking available, and there were signs everywhere directing us to park in the ski lot. This happened several more times after leaving the condo to do other activities. This type of information needs to be included in the property listing, as it is important information in selecting a condo. Frankly, a lack of onsite parking is a deal breaker for me and I wouldn't have stayed here had I known this was going to be an issue. If it's not a deal breaker for you, here's some other info: The condo looks like it was recently updated and the decor is both attractive and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking supplies (bring your own Keurig pods, as there is no coffee maker), and there are two very cute, tiny balconies on either end of the condo which are great for morning coffee or afternoon beer. It stayed nice and warm in there - not at all drafty if you're doing a winter trip. Overall, a comfortable and convenient location, but people should be aware there's not enough parking before choosing this location.

Fishing Crested Butte Area
Condo was perfect for what we need for two people. Condo was clean, beds including pull out were comfortable, wi-fi was good, kitchen was adequate, and property manager customer service and arrival notes / FAQ'S helpful. Only potential issue would be limited parking but not a problem when we stayed during the summer. Would definitely stay here again.

I LOVED how close it was to the slopes, ski rental shops and how easy it was to get to bus to downtown Crested Butte. The hot tub was difficult to get the lid off yourself because of the bar and chain on it.

Walk to the lift!
The property was as described in the listing which was what I was looking for. It was just a short walk to the Red Lady and Silver Queen lifts. It was great to be able to ski all day and then soak in the hot tub. I stayed with my brother who slept on the pull out sofa bed. He said he slept just fine on it. I would stay here again.

Perfect Location
This place is right in the middle of everything and is only about 100 yards from the closest lift. Tons of restaurants near by, ski rentals within steps, ticket office next door. Also, easily the best pull out couch mattress I’ve slept on. My friends and I have already talked about staying here again

Clean, convenient stay!
Our stay here was exactly what we hoped. Clean room with plenty of amenities. Location was central to Mt. Crested Butte (further up the mountain from Crested Butte) and beautiful. Parking was a bit of a challenge, as the lot is small and filled up quickly, and the overflow parking is farther up the mountain. The staff at Alpine Property Management was so kind and helpful, especially Mary! Would definitely stay again.
