Perfect location
Cute little dog-friendly house, location was perfect- everything in town was walkable- never drive our car once we arrived. The bus to the mountain was less than a block away. Rob was very attentive and accommodating.

Excellent location
The location is perfect for a Crested Butte adventure. We skied CB every day. The free mtn shuttle is 1/2 block walk. Elk Ave is a block away. Doesn't get any better. Rob was a great host, easy check in, great communication. The basement apartment fit our family and friends very well for the week. It is a very informal, fun place with the Mexico theme kitchen and pool table/ game room. The Kitchen has most of the basics you need for preparing meals.

Great spot close to town
You can’t get much closer to town than this place. Rob was very responsive and even helped us dig our cars out of 3 feet of snow! Don’t pass on this place

Perfect Home Base for Crested Butte Adventures
Super fun interior with a pool table in the living room, hot tub and fire pit outside, mud room for activities (skis, muddy boots etc). Walking distance to everything in town. Rob was a super helpful host and we’ll definitely be back.

Emma Coburn's Elk Run
we couldn't have had a better location! 1 block from Elk Ave, full of shops and restaurants. Starting line for the race was mere blocks from this property. Just a lovely weekend to participate in a fundraiser for Living Journeys and enjoy golden aspen.

Perfect location
We came up for a few days for a wedding and absolutely loved this location! It’s a block from Elk (Main Street) and had a perfect backyard for us to hang out with our pup, read in the sun, hot tub, etc. Rob was very friendly and prompt in responding and helped make our stay great. This was our first time staying in the town of Crested Butte (vs. Mount Crested Butte), and it was well worth it!

Sorry Joe, Our fall spring cleaning will happen shortly. Smiles, Rob Just went down and checked with present guests. They say they don't detect any 'wet dog' smell. They are very happy.

Weekend Getaway
Great location and appreciate Rob allowing us to bring our pack of dogs! The place could use a little TLC and thorough cleaning, but comfortable and quiet. Note, It’s a basement with Rob living above so you don’t have the place to yourself.

Great Location
It was a great location we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The yard was small and was not fenced so if you have a dog that may be a problem and no light in the back so dark at night. We felt the rental could have been cleaner, but had everything we needed the host Rob was very nice and was available if we did need anything or had questions.

Great Location
Perfect location if you want to walk to everything in town. Parking in Crested Butte is limited so walking to restaurants, etc. is really important. The snow this winter is crazy! Over 300" with some homes completely buried! The apartment is fun. Bright colors. It has everything you need. Yes, it is a little dark, especially when the windows are blocked by snow, but it is comfortable. We didn't get to experience the outdoor sitting area because there was 10 feet of snow there, but I am sure it is nice in the summer.

Fun place to stay in a GREAT location!
Let me start by saying Rob was a fantastic host! Very communicative regarding the check-in process and quick to answer any questions I had about the property. Rob's place had mountain town charm with the added benefits of a pool table, hot tub, and a quirky Mexico themed kitchen! If you are looking for a space that is not just your average rental, you have found it here! Not to mention, it's always a plus when we can bring our dogs along for the adventure! And I save the best for last -- location, location, location! You couldn't ask for a better spot in arguably the last (and best) true mountain town post-big corp takeover. Rob's place is just up the street from a great coffee shop perfect to fuel up at before walking half a block to the mountain express bus stop. And when you are ready to hit the town, it's one block to all the best après ski hang out spots. If it isn't obvious, I highly recommend!

We enjoyed staying at Robs property, he was a great responsive owner. We were minutes walking to restaurants and the bus to the ski resort! We had a fun ski spring break!

Quaint but dated home, photos are accurate. No frills, but location is supreme. 1/2 block from mountain resort bus stop. 1block from Main Street. Has all basic necessities. This place served us well. The host was very kind.

Crested Butte Downtown Location March 2023
One block from the main drag, 2 blocks to the town shuttle bus pick up....location is perfect. With a hot tub and pool table you'll be able to do more than just drink and watch TV after a day of skiing.

Super spacious stay right downtown
Hot tub and pool table were huge pluses! Rob was super responsive; place was spacious and comfortable for an extended stay. WiFi was fast, and there was even a nice desk setup for use.

Fantastic Spot in Downtown Crested Butte
This house could not be better located. Just a block off the main street and a block from the shuttle to the slopes. Rob is an amazing host, very responsive and helpful. We loved staying at this gem!

It’s not a fancy property, so if that’s important to you this isn’t your place. We encountered a few issues but home owner was very available and responsive. Bed is comfortable, pool table was fun. Essentials were provided. Loved how dog friendly the place is, and Crested Butte in general.

Great spot
Rob's place is fantastic. The place has tons of character, is right in the middle of town, and is nice and quiet at night. Plenty of parking space, the hot tub is a sweet bonus and we got to hangout outside in the yard. Everyone had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Great Location
A value for the location— a very walkable place to stay. The place was 100% as advertised. Very clean. The kids loved the pool table and the hot tub. The adults loved the proximity to Elk Avenue and the grocery store. Host was friendly and informative and also gave us our space (he lives upstairs). There is noise at night from upstairs— tv and walking— if you are a light sleeper ear plugs would be a simple solution. Overall for location and price it is a great value! And having a longtime local to host is an added bonus.

Awesome location with a Pool Table!!
The property owner lives in the upper level, but was very respectful of privacy. Easy to contact and quick to respond. Outdoor area has a dog run, which was super useful. My Great Dane spent most of her time at the house, outside (at her choosing). The Shitzu stayed inside mostly. 2 minute walk to Great Coffee, another couple minutes to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Close to bus station & and an excellent dispensary as close as the coffee shop(opposite direction). Overall, had an excellent time and stress free dogs👍🙏.

We had a great time in CB at this fun crash pad. Nothing fancy here, but it has a great location in town, and the hot tub was fantastic after a big powder days on the mountain.

Great place!
We stayed here on a ski trip with 5 guys, and it was perfect. Location was great, the accommodations were perfect, and the pool table gave us a great evening activity. The host was very responsive and respectful. If we are back in Crested Butte, I'd love to stay here again.

Great house in great location!
This house was so fun for my group of friends and family celebrating a birthday! Close to the bus stop that takes you to the mountain and close enough to downtown to walk. Rob, the host, was great and very attentive to anything we need!

Fantastic House in Downtown Crested Butte
This is our second time staying with Rob, and we couldn't be happier. This house is convenient to everything in the adorable town of Crested Butte and just a block away from a bus stop that will get you up to the slopes. Rob is such a fantastic host, he is friendly, attentive, and a genuinely nice person. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Convenient Crested Butte Location
The property was in a very good location to walk anywhere in town and clean. There was a convenient place for parking our car. The unit is located on the ground floor with the owner living above. There was plenty of room to move around but something that should be mentioned is that the 1 bathroom is up one step from 2 of the 3 bedrooms so needed to leave light on a night to prevent falls. Also the big screen tv is great however no sports channels available and service did go out before end of our stay so hopefully fixed by now. The big living area also has a great pool table but this room is very dark. A very nice hot tub also just out the door. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, glassware & silverware, coffee pot with filters,very small kitchen table with high chairs. Just an FYI: there are few spices, salt & pepper but no sugar, foil, Saran wrap, baggies, containers to store food (things we’ve had in other places) in case you’ll be cooking. Very nice washer, dryer & detergent. Rob (the owner) is very easy to communicate with and would recommend this property

Thanks for the thorough review. Dish fixed the TV problem. So much snow it was blocking the dish. I am adding all the items mentioned to the kitchen. Thanks for the list.
