Handy enough, but reservation process is overbearing
Overall: - Location was good. - Place was cosy for 2 people. Directions - We arrived after dark. Would have been helpful if the manual directions included specifics like which side of the street the property was on, or how far down the block. Keys - Handy enough, but would prefer keypad entry as keys are easy to lose. Kitchen - No slotted spoon - No medium sized pot - No non-stick frying pan - Pans were dirty Living room - Wanted to stream soccer match. No TV control to be able to change HDMI input. Reservation process - Additional contract signing: Not a fan, there should be no need from an additional contract. This should be integrated into the existing VRBO buy flow. - Deposit Collection: I get the need for a deposit, but claiming it in advance of arrival and hanging onto it for weeks post checkout isn’t what one would consider hospitable. - Watchdog: Sounds like a security company. Doesn’t sound very welcoming for a property management company in what’s marketed as a tourism spot with a friendly quirky vibe.

Great property, very clean and a perfect location. The unit is on the first floor and depending on who is in the unit above it can be somewhat loud. This is obviously outside the control of property manager but can be a slight drawback.

Great week in Crested Butte
The condo worked out great for us. Clean and comfortable. Great location: short walks to the restaurants on Elk Ave and to the bus up to the mountain.

The house suited my wife and our eight month old well. Overall, it was a great experience. Everything was as advertised, property management was responsive for a couple issues/questions we had. Location could not have been better being a short walk to restaurants in town as well as the school/park area. Parking is tight but manageable, our upstairs neighbor was kind, but was a little loud at times.

Nice stay in CB
Nice 2BR unit very close to downtown. Very convenient and we could walk everywhere. My only complaint is how thin the ceiling was to the unit above. Every time the person upstairs took a step you could hear it. Minor annoyance but FYI for those considering a stay. Gorgeous town. Will come back.

Great experience from start to finish
My family of 4 had a great time in Crested Butte and really enjoyed staying at the Redbud condo. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Couldn’t ask for anything more for a family vacation!

Fun in Crested Butte
Great location - 1 block from ski bus and 2 blocks from Elk street for all your apres ski enjoyment. Modern, comfortable and and ultra convenient. Upstairs neighbors are a bit noisy.

Great location
Overall a really great experience and literally about two short blocks to great food coffee and drinks. Place was clean and as described. The radiant floor heat worked great, but was challenging to find what temp was right for the space. A digital thermostat may help guests kn the future. There is someone that lives above the space, and one day she decided to “practice dancing” by stomping on the floor over and over off and on for about an hour (during the afternoon). The management company was quick to respond to this issue and were ready to address her but she stopped after I went up and confronted her. All in all a good experience other than that.

Dream trip to Crested Butte
The property is in great condition. It was clean upon arrival and had all the stated amenities. The kitchen was also well equipped for cooking. Wifi connection was stable and fast allowing me to take video calls. The location is as stated and the free bus to/from Mt. Crested Butte is steps outside the door. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. The only thing I'd advise is that the TV is a little wonky (its a roku tv but you don't have permission to add other apps) so if I came again I'd bring my own streaming device (roku or chromecast). There is so much to do though that I really didn't watch TV so didn't matter to me.

Awesome Location!
My family of four had a great time staying at this condo for our hoilday ski trip. The location is prime. Easy walk to get to bus stop, grocery store and to restaurants and retail shops. The beds are super comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Thanks for a great stay

Great Setup for A Crested Butte Weekend
The place has just about everything you need. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is stocked, the location is close to the main drag, and there are even 2 parking spots.

Great Location!
Lovely property in a great location! My family and I found this home to be perfectly cozy on a chill fall weekend. Nice amenities, clean, and my boys loved the star wars/angry pigs game! Thanks for a great home base for our vacation!

Feedback
Overall things were great. One negative was the TV. You need to provide some information or directions on what systems you have available and how to use them. Your property descriptions said "TV" and so I assumed as much but was disappointed with what i found.

Good location and ideal for dogs
We enjoyed our stay. It is ideal for dogs. We had a slight miscommunication regarding bringing our dogs but we worked it out. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property.

Awesome weekend in last great Colorado Ski Town
Perfect location blocks from downtown CB made a perfect home for wildflower walks, early afternoon cocktails, trout fishing and Crested Butte fun. Quiet location, updated unit right in the heart of downtown CB. Great front porch, comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen made this a great spot to call home on our visit to CB!

Perfect Crested Butte Location
This property was just lovely. Everything inside is new and immaculate. It’s very cute and really comfortable and the location could not be better—only a block or two to all the shops and restaurants in town, and close to the free mountain shuttle also. I don’t have a single complaint. My family of four had a wonderful time and would definitely rent this property again.
