Beautiful 3 Bed/3 Bath Townhome with Garage, Hot Tub and Views! Walk to lifts

  • Enjoy this beautiful walk to lifts townhome that sleeps 8. The free shuttle bus picks up every 15 minutes at the end of the driveway and will take you to the base area or into town.

    This townhome features 3 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, AMAZING views and a hot tub available to Treasury Point Guests.

    There is a king bed in the master on the third floor, which has a full bathroom. There is also an office area, and a private balcony. Also on the third floor is another bedroom with a queen bed with a full bathroom.

    The middle floor has a large kitchen, dining area, full bath, and ample living room along with a bedroom with 1 queen and twin bunkbeds. This condo has a large open floor plan that makes it great for entertaining. The kitchen has everything you could need to whip up a memorable meal. The dining room table seats 8 + and there are 4 bar stools as well. Come relax on the comfortable overstuffed furniture and take in the AMAZING view, or perhaps sit on the private balcony and celebrate another wonderful day of adventures.

    Free fast wireless. The garage can fit 2 normal cars, with one car outside the garage. 4 TVs connected to the internet so you can log into your Netflix or Amazon accounts. There is a washer and dryer. This is a top-of-the-line building located at the base of Mt. Crested Butte.

    The slopes are about 3/4 block walk. You walk thru a tunnel to the West Wall lift. From there you can ski anywhere on the mountain - or just go to the base and buy your ski tix! In the summer, enjoy the free outdoor concert series in the base area. It is a short walk for kids of all ages to the base in the summer for the excellent biking, hiking, zip-lining, disc-golf, putt putt golf and panning for gemstones.

    The hot tub is shared and is beautiful - outside with a view. There is a gas grill in the garage. Please only use the pad outside the garage to grill! The view is of Crested Butte Valley! Come enjoy the space and luxury!

Great stay with family at Mount Crested Butte! The location and view were amazing. We had an issue with the WiFi for most of the trip, but the owner did his best to get it fixed. There were plenty of games to play with the family and everything you would need in the kitchen was there. The beds were a little firm, but we adjusted after a few nights. We would definitely rent this again.

We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property. A beautiful unit with gorgeous views. Comfortable beds, well-planned living room seating, large table for eating, a well-outfitted kitchen (we cooked every night and always found the pots/pans/utensils/etc that we wanted), two-car garage (one behind the other, not side-by-side). One snag for us was that although there were three propane tanks for the grill, they were all empty, and it was hard to locate propane that was in stock--but the owner helped us find propane--overall, he was very responsive, which we appreciated. I will mention that there are two steep sets of stairs (from front door to main level and another to two of the bedrooms), just in case that would be an issue for anyone.

Amazing host, amenities, skiing, restaurants, everything was great! We love the vibe of the town and mountain. It has a very college town feel which we love coming from Ann Arbor. The stay was exactly what we needed since we had 7 people and two cars. The townhome accommodated our every need! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great ski condo. Very easy check-in & check-out. Beautiful views out the windows. We used the convenient free shuttle every day. Plenty of room for 7 of us. Hot tub was awesome. Kitchen was well-stocked. Master suite was huge. Loved the two car garage. Thanks!

Crest Butte Townhouse

Quick stay to ski

The property was very nice. Plenty of space for all of us. Easy walk to the chair lift. Kids loved the hot tub.

The house worked well for a 3 generation family. The bedrooms and common area were comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials for rounding out meal prep. We could park 3 cars on the property and store bikes in the garage which was a deciding factor in selecting the property. We would stay here again.

End of season trip

Really superior property on the mountain. My son and I spent 5 very enjoyable nights at this fully-equipped condominium. Great communications with the owner. One of the very best Vrbo properties I’ve rented. Highly recommended.

Townhomes at Treasury Pt.

We had a great time. A short walk to the closest lift. Bus ride to base is close by. The house was stocked with everything you need! Beds were a little hard but a mattress topper would solve that. Overall, a great place to stay!

Quiet, nice place to stay

This is the third time we have rented this townhome. Always enjoy the serenity and view. The kitchen was much better stocked this time. Will come back to visit again.

The location and view from the decks are beautiful. Easy to get around and a lot of fun things to do nearby - hiking, biking, rafting, fishing and much more. Only complaint had nothing to do with the unit, just the altitude. As Easterners who have never been further

We’ll be back!

Our family is very familiar with this area of Crested Butte. We enjoyed our stay and there was plenty of room for everyone. We even hosted a family dinner for 15 one evening! Everything is very convenient and the shuttle was easy and predictable. We had a wonderful time, great skiing, great weather, and a fabulous place to stay. Would recommend! We will be back.

Very satisfied

This condo was perfect for our family. The only note I would make for future renters is that it is not a ski-in/ski-out location. A parking lot is very conveniently located only moments (maybe seconds) away, and we used it every day. Given the layout of the terrain and the other condos, only the most hearty would make the walk with skis and boots. Otherwise, this property and its owners check all the boxes.
