Beautiful 2 Bedroom apartment in the heart of Crested Butte historic district.

  • Beautiful little apartment in the heart of Crested Butte. Remodeled apartment is 1 block from Elk Avenue where there is dining, shopping and the entertainment district. Walk 1 block to the ski shuttle up to the Crested Butte ski area. Apartment has 2 bedrooms - 1 with queen bed and the other with a bunk that sleeps a double on bottom and a single on top. Apartment has a gas fireplace and cable TV. Kitchen comes with oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, coffee maker and all the other appliances that you will need. A washer/Dryer is also available for guest use. Enjoy the outside deck with a gas grill and rocking chars to sit back and relax. Large back yard and off street parking. I have been coming to Credted Butte for over 6 years this is the gem I was looking for and to add to it the hosts are incredibly nice I do recommend this site however I don’t want it to get booked to much I want to stay here more

Easy parking in front, very clean, excellent location right in town, very quaint outdoor area and lawn for lounging outside. A pound of pre-ground coffee from Camp 4 waiting for us on the counter was a nice touch.

This was the perfect place to stay for a few days in Crested Butte. It was super close to shops and restaurants with a very cozy setup. Would love to stay here again!

Perfect location

Loved the location. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. The rental had everything you need for a great stay and it was super clean. The deck was a great place to sit and relax. Id stay again.

Our stay was perfect, relaxing comfortable. A very well kept rental, centerally located in CB. Grounds provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, just sit outdoors and enjoy the cool air. No complaints and would definitely stay again if travels take us back.

This property is 5 stars plus! Comfy and super well-equipped with anything you could possibly need during your stay. Lovely gardens for enjoying the outdoors. One block off Elk Ave - walkable to all the downtown shops and restaurants. It's a special place!

Beautiful Convenience

We stayed at a gorgeous spot in an incredibly convenient area downtown, which was made even better by our wonderful hosts and their two adorable pups. It’s a quaint property that was a perfect spot to wake up and relax at, get ready for all types of events throughout the day, and come back to in the evening. Can’t recommend this wonderful condo enough!
