Nice
Nice condo with all the necessities/conveniences. Decent location, a 16-18 min drive to Crested Butte skier drop off. We didn’t use the shuttle bus that apparently has a pick-up stop nearby. Could only figure out half of the thermostats, probably should have called Paige, but wasn’t a big deal. It is a bit dated, but nice. “Kind of like you Dad!”, says my 12 yo daughter.

Great place and great value!
Love this place and highly recommend. We visited in Jan 2024 for a ski trip. Had everything we needed. Well stocked pantry, kitchen utensils, linens/bedding, bath soap/shampoo and a heated garage. Great location and loved the welcome bag from the property manager. The place is a little dated and the layout is a little funky but it was expected and known. Will definitely stay again!

Ski Trip to CB

Great family condo
We really enjoyed our condo here in Crested Butte South. Everything was as described. Really loved that everything you could need was available. Laundry detergent and softener my favorite thing about this place was the abundance of towels. Usually when traveling with 6 people we always run out of towels but there were plenty to go around. Warm spacious garage to unpack trailer hitch and cargo carrier. Would definitely recommend!!!! Beds were comfortable and the owner left a goodie bag for us when we arrived. Thank you! Lovely condo.

Great time in a winter wonderland
Property was well furnished with everything we needed to have an enjoyable time in Crested Butte. The garage worked out great as we were able to put our mini van and a full size GMC truck inside. Made getting out to the ski area really nice as we did not have to scrape off the snow (30+ inches while there). Well furnished with towels, extra blankets and bedding, all major and small appliances and even noticed there were some humidifiers in the closets (which we did not need). The property accommodated our group of 6 very well and we enjoyed the fireplace (wood was provided and it burned very well). The snow was removed everyday (sometimes multiple times per day) so we had noproblem getting around the area. The owners provided a good instruction manual and we were able to figure out some activities in the area (snowmobiling from Action Adventure Snowmobile tours was great) We had a bit of an issue with some of our group figuring out the thermostats as there are multiple units and some have a hidden button area but we got that figured out. Also there is a ROKU device on the main TV that was able to be plugged in so we could use our streaming services. Found this just in time for some college football games we wanted to catch from our DVR version. Everyone liked the log stairs and the cabin like feel of this proiperty. Appreciated the games provided also.

Met our needs
This condo's positives : large enough for a good size group, has everything necessary for a comfortable stay., plenty of hot water, heat works, host is very efficient with booking and check in instructions. The experience could be improved by an updating/freshening of the decor, linens, towels, dishes.

Powder Weekend

Awesome memories, breathtaking location!
We had the best time at this house! We have rented many houses through VRBO, and this is one of the best I’ve stayed in. Very clean, spacious, well laid out, and equipped. Everything my family needed to feel close, but not cramped. Thank you for the memories!

Decent stay
Everything was straight forward. Went as planned. Good experience, good place. Garage is too small for some pickups and the caretaker will yell at you for just stopping and trying to unload bikes before going to guest parking

Excellent property and neighborhood
We had a great stay. The neighborhood was wonderful. Must check out Tully's while you are there. The garage was definitely very much appreciated as it snowed while we were there.

Love Crested Butte
Loved the welcome gift and the homemade masks offered upon our arrival. From the initial booking, I had an instant response from the homeowner. Very nice condo!

Just outside of town
We enjoyed staying at this spacious rustic condo just in the outskirts of downtown Crested Butte. It handle our party of 6 adults and 2 terms just fine for the one night we were there. Property manager was very accessible to assist with any questions related to the property and check in. We were also greeted with a personal note from the owners including a small bag of welcome cookies and coffee. There was also a concierge book which provides all the instructions for the property and recommendations for dining and activities in the surrounding area. A spacious garage held plenty of room for 2 vehicles. The main living area of on the second floor so it did take a couple people to carry in coolers and food supplies. Overall it was a very nice experience.

A quick stay in Crested Butte
Our family of 5 fit perfectly in the condo. We only had one night and since it was raining and cold, we brought pizza back to the house and had a very comfortable dinner followed by game night in the loft. The kitchen was very well-stocked had we needed to cook. We slept well and had no complaints.

Great Condo!
Plenty of space, great open concept. Community hot tub was the only thing that threw us off and had to wait one night for others to be done with it after skiing. (We thought it was a private one).

The amenity description describes the hot tub in a being located in a public area, but does not clearly state that "common, public or private". We will correct this and apologize for the confusion. decent place, but dirty sheets and towels
The good: overall property seems well maintained, the place seemed clean when we arrived. The bad: the sheets and towels were filthy. Spent the first night washing everything. VRBO charged a xxx "cleaning" fee for a 4 night stay which seems a little excessive with no clean sheets/towels. The ugly: property listed at xxx per night, with fees and taxes paid about xxx per. Definitely not worth that much.

Nice stay at Cement Creek condo
We had a nice stay at CC condo. Cozy, small-ish main-floor layout, but plenty of space to spread out with loft area upstairs and master BR on the first floor. Really comfortable beds, kids room with bunks. We used the hot tub each night too, never saw another person. Only challenge was that the garage was exceedingly small for SUVs or trucks....they fit securely but we had to pull out to load and unload, barely wide enough to driver to get in/out. Overall, great communication from manager and good value-

Great value at a relaxed location
Enjoyed a long weekend with friends. Nice place at a great value. Away from downtown CB, but some nice places to walk to in CB South. Short drive to Mtn or a short walk to bus stop. Good views to enjoy from living room.
