"Advertised for 4 people but should be for 3 as sofa bed in lounge only suitable for 1 person. Agency would not allow extra mattress, so had to change accommodation with 100€ extra to pay. Outside area with table and chairs filthy from pidgeons and kitchen window did not lock. Otherwise would have been fine. Excellent location."

Took advantage of the cycle hire and track for a trip around the lake. Also direct bus to Chamonix for day trip. Thank you to our hosts."

"Annecy is an incredible location for active families (teens aged 12,14,14) who love great food, the our doors, history, scenery and an authentic experience. As most of the reviews say the climb with luggage is a bit challenging but once settled in it’s an incredible, easy to use, modern apartment with everything a teenage family needs. Free parking is available 300m away but is highly sought after and difficult to get, paid parking outside the property is easy but is 6€ per day.
