Special Needs Group

House was very spacious with lots of comfortable beds. Pool and hot tub were great. Lots of things to do in the area. Property manager was very attentive and answered questions quickly.

Beautiful spot to enjoy family time!

Loved having the space for everyone to spread out and spend time together! Close to everything and quiet as if you are in the middle of nowhere. Cool house with great amenities.

The property is great for a large group!

Property has everything you need for a great time! Plenty to do to keep busy or just sit and relax! Kids loved it, extra fridge was great!

Nice secluded property

My family and I had a wonderful week at this unique home. The house was clean upon arrival and had plenty of space for the 14 of us. The host was very responsive without being intrusive. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the extra refrigerator came in very handy. The supply of wood was awesome, as we had fires going inside and outside all week. Thanks for a great week!

Spacious house for large group

Lots of space for our large mixed group. There were enough beds and bathrooms for everyone. Conveniently located near town for any grocery needs. Lots of stuff to cook with. We didn't use the hot tub (it's in an enclosed patio space so was very cold outside), but we used the tennis court for pickleball. I imagine this house is even nicer in the snow and summer.

Secluded Getaway

We absolutely loved the outdoor space of this property. We utilized the pool everyday as well as the tennis court. The fire pit and supply of wood provided a great night of s’mores and laughing around the fire. Inside the rooms were spacious and we all congregated around the dining room table for games and meals. Sharon was quick to respond with any questions we had!

Quick ski trip

We arrived with 3 sick teens who got food poisoning on the way up to the rental. The owners were nice enough to let us check in early so we could get settled. We were only there 2 nights to ski at Camelback, which is about a 20 minute drive. We had 4 families for a total of 13 people and there was more than enough room in the house for us! There are endless rooms with all you could need for indoor and outdoor fun. It is not a pretentious place so you feel very comfortable and it's easy to settle in. I'd love to come back in the summer to use the pool, bball court and tennis courts!

Pleasant Country Stay

The house was one floor and the back surrounds a kidney shaped pool. The rooms are spacious. There are two large screen TVs. There are several games, a ping pong, and several gaming tables. They also have a playground, tennis courts, and a fire pit. It is located near several water parks and an outlet.

Great place for a large group

Had an excellent experience with a group of 13 friends. The house was clean and had more than enough amenities - plenty of beds, bathrooms, and showers. Our group plays a lot of board games and appreciated the large tables available. Hot tub, sauna, and fire pit were all fantastic to have as well. The owners left notes all around the house with information - wifi password, hot tub guidance, check out procedure, etc. Made everything very simple.

Not Wheelchair Accessible

We selected this property because it was listed as wheelchair accessible. It is not. The floor plan has a 6 inch step up between the living level and the bedroom level. There are also two steps to enter the house. The bathrooms are not wheelchair accessible. One member of our family who is in an electric wheel chair was severely inconvenienced by this and required being carried in and out of the house as well as within the house. Other than this, the house was clean, amply furnished and had wonderful amenities.

MOLD!

It was filthy, musty and had visible mold on some of the furniture. The outside was upkept, there were lots of weeds, patio furniture was rusted and had no cushions. There were so many problems with this house, that we left after 1 night because people were getting respiratory issues from the dampness and mold. I am currently trying to get a refund from the owner, and would never reccomend this property to anyone.

Multi-Generational Family Weekend

We rented the house for three nights with 9 adults, two teens and one toddler. The space was perfect for us and the kitchen was well equipped for a crowd. The hot tub being in an enclosed room was also so nice for our winter visit.Two things did dampen our visit however: the fourth full bathroom was not in the main house and therefore not available during winter. We had five family groups and planned on three groups getting their own bathroom. The second unfortunate part of the house is that the walkway is almost the full length of the house and in the shade for most of the day, making it a sheet of ice the whole time we were there. We tried to salt it but it was too far gone when we arrived and too cold to ever melt. If we had been able to load in and out of the house through the garage, it would have been much easier.

Buyer beware. Hot tub had water around it. Dead bugs everywhere and a window in that room completely missing. Pool house was dirty with feces on the wall by the toilet paper roll. Bugs and spiderwebs everywhere it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The refrigerator didn’t cool down and the microwave handle came off the microwave. There were a huge dents in the refrigerator in the kitchen and stains on the sofas in the bedrooms. The outside hadn’t been cleaned in years with weeds everywhere. This is not a maintained home. Mold around the kitchen sink, in shower, on the shower curtains and on the bubble window in the sitting area. A pool mechanism that I believe managed the water level fell apart. There were continuous gunshots from the neighbors the day we arrived plus, we were greeted by two enormous dumpsters in the driveway when you pulled in. The back sliding door did not lock and we had no access to the garage as stated it the posting. We were suppose to stay a week but packed up and went home the very next day. We would have left the day we arrived but it was too late for a 6 hour drive back home. We cleaned it so we could stay the night. When I spoke with the host she thanked me for cleaning the house. She did offer to send cleaning and maintenance but I explained they would months to bring this property to VRBO standard. We supplied numerous photos to VRBO. Vrbo gave us a full refund after their numerous attempts trying to reach the host.

Great Vacation Home

This house is great for a large group! There were plenty of beds and places for everyone to hang out. The pool and backyard are amazing! Great place to go relax and hang out with friends and family.

I wish I booked it with more time to have received a cheaper rate since I booked the week prior it was pretty expensive. But it was well worth it. My family had a great time will def be back for the winter time. Thank you for everything Sharon!!

We had a great time

This house worked out perfectly for us. We had a large group and there was plenty of room for us to sleep, eat, and have fun. We made use of the swimming pool and hot tub, which was amazing after a day of golfing. We were able to play wiffle ball on the tennis court and have a poker game inside while watching the game on tv. The owner made it a point for us to try to keep the noise levels down, especially at night, which is a reasonable request. We were able to comply and we didn’t have any problems. The house was very clean and well put together when we arrived. There is tons of space to eat, drink, and relax both inside the house and outside near the pool. This is a great house for a family trip, or for an adults only gathering. It is only a few minutes to the casino, golf, shopping, and restaurants. I would stay again for a similar trip in the future.

Year-Round Fun

This was our third time at this property, but our first time during the winter. Our multi-generational family had a wonderful time, as before. This is a great property and very spacious house with lots of options for things to do and plenty of room to spread out. On this long weekend trip, we especially enjoyed the game room, playing pool, going in the hot tub, and watching football playoffs on the big screen. The woods around the house make it feel very secluded but there are plenty of stores/shops and offsite activities 10-15 minutes away. The owner is always very responsive and a great communicator. We will definitely return!
