Fantastic holiday house

Beautiful, well-appointed, comfortable holiday house. Great location with easy stroll to shops and beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house, great location...well kitted out with everything you need. Dangerously close to the pub and a 5 minute walk to the beach at the most. Comfy bed in the main bedroom, main bedroom has an ensuite. Second bedroom is a double/single bunk combo and a single bed. Apparently the single bed isn't the comfiest. Separate bathroom for the kids to use, and a separate room for them to chill in. The deck is a decent size and offers great views from the surf club to Hat Head.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Chaddies is a very nice property in a great location. Overall we were happy with this property for our holiday. There were a few things that detracted from the property, such as;1. The gas element on the stove was not working2. The property needs a good deep clean3. The main bed mattress was bad, and the furniture needs an update.Fix these 3 things (not hard) and it would be a fantastic property.

Beautiful house, we keep coming back

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here a number of times and keep coming back as we love the house. It's airy, and clean, and bright and well maintained. Plenty of cutlery and cooking utensils etc. Stunning views too. My only (minor) complaints are that the dishwasher and washing machine both don't work very well, and really should be replaced. Also, having young children I would suggest a gate at the end of the verandah to prevent them running onto the road (I wouldn't let this deter anyone from booking though as you can fashion a barrier yourself if necessary).

The house is well-stocked with everything you need for a home away from home. The bakery and other shops are a short stroll and the beach is an easy few minutes walk. There are also a number of excellent cafes within a short walk.

A very special place for a great family holiday

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second visit to this lovely home, We found that the cleaner had done a great job and everything was spotlessly clean. A gas hotplate has been “under repair” since our last visit in July 2019. There is an induction cooktop but unfortunately some of the saucepans and frypans don’t work on it. We barbecued a lot, and the bbq was good. As an older person I found the seating in the main living area wasnt suitable for me, too low and soft. I found a great chair in the dining area. We loved the deck, and spent many hours there, drinking coffee and enjoying the sunshine. It is sheltered and has great views. We will be back next year!

Modern with a great view

No Wi Fi is an issue with kids these days. Main bed is too saggy. Otherwise it’s a modern well positioned joy. Great deck views

Our home away from home

This is our second visit to Chaddies Beach House and we love it. The owners have given a lot of consideration to families looking for a high quality home to use as a base to explore the local areas. We will definitely be back
