Clean & Fenced Yard for furry family members!

I enjoyed my stay in this cleaned 2 beds house with a fenced yard, perfect for our Tank. Management stayed in contact with me thru out my stayed and were very attentive to our needs. House was supplied with essentials and very close to shopping and restaurants. Next time I visit RI, I would stay here again!

Neighborhood is perfect with near by grocery store and easy highway access. Home is clean and yard is awesome. Bed room TV needs to be updated due to apps not being accessible anymore. Questions about check in and property gets send to a 3rd party.

Lovely Stay

Family with two small kids & one large dog. We loved our stay. Parking, fenced yard, super cool decor, good space, and plenty of little touches to make you feel at home. No complaints!

A Family Event

Older home but perfectly clean. Nice quiet neighborhood with friendly folks. Little off the main path but close enough so not to be a big deal. Nice fenced yard for the pooch. Would not hesitate to book a stay at this property.

Quiet and restful

I slept so well. Soft sheets and comfortable bedding. I loved the decor. We didn’t use the full kitchen much but it was completely appointed. Clean and very quiet neighborhood but very close to restaurants. Highly recommend.

East place to stay with a dog

We were looking for a reasonably priced place to stay with our small dog. The fenced in yard was great. The house was cute and comfortable enough for our needs. The floors were very clean which we appreciated! Smart TVs were nice. Check in was easy.

Beautiful, clean home.

Beautiful, clean home located in a quiet neighborhood. My family loved the fenced in yard and how we were so close to so many attractions and restaurants. The guide book that the residents of the home made is so detailed and helpful. We are a vegan family so we make the trip to be close to Plant City, Like No Udder and the new Providence Vegan Deli. All great spots close by! Thanks for a great stay!!

Awesome location...

Just a couple of suggestions: needed more TP: 2 rolls for 5 days, needed more towels, washclothes and kitchen towels... Only had 1 trash bag....outside trash cans were full when we took our trash out... Backdoor was a little drafty and possibly might should have a deadbolt on it.. loved the house...worked perfect for our visit... Will rent again

The mattress was very soft and low and was not good for elderly person. Hard to move in and get out of. Also the bed frames legs were out to far and stubbed toes several times on them at night. The toilet was stuck in a corner and not very spacious. Not good for a big or tall person. Needs a toilet seat with a bigger opening. Now the worst thing was the front storm door. It is hard to keep open and the stops didn't work to keep it open. Had to really fight to get in the house when bringing stuff in or hands were full. Also the steps were not mobility friendly. The risers are a little high for us older folks. Between the high steps and the storm door, it was very hard to get in and out of the house.

Beds need improvement

Both beds were newer but not at all stabilized underneath The master had no box spring or adequate platform. The result was that the bed sank in areas which caused our backs to hurt. Upstairs in the loft the ceiling is too low so either your feet constantly kick the ceiling or your head does when lifting up. The house was very clean and had it's charm though the back door knob came off in my hand when I opened the door. Also, on the last day the batteries died on the code lock and we had to leave the door unlocked while gone on the last night. We found out that the owner knew and just decided not to address. Overall the house was good and very clean

Some TLC For 5

First off I would like to say the 4 stars are not a reflection of the stay only that of certain conditions that the owner may not know about. When we arrived we noticed a very nice house on a quite block. Close to most everything but very little thru traffic. However the lawn was definitely in need of cutting. The grass was at least 12 inches high. Upon entry we had to fight the wasps that were fighting us for entry. When we go in however we found to rooms to be very clean and tidy. The Kitchen was very updated and clean. A great many appliances were there for the using such as air fryer, instapot, coffee makers of vast styles. Lacking in glass ware and useable pans. The inside of the refrigerator was however dirty. This i would blame on the cleaners and not the owners. The outlets on the counter were not working for some reason. The GFIs would not reset and could have been a blown breaker. We did NOT contact the management company because there was one outlet that worked so we made the best of it. The living room and was tastefully decorated and cozy. We did not use the upstairs bedroom but it too was clean and looked comfortable. The downstairs bath was clean and aside from missing a screen in the window, no complaints. We were only provided with 2 bath towels, could have used 2 more. If there were more we did not see them. We did notice on the bed sheets hair which was, really, our biggest complaint and upon stripping the bed found a old and stained mattress. The sheets are on the linen company I would think and not the owners. Unfortunately the mattress wasn't noticed until we checked out. We would have probably used the upper room. Back yard was mostly unmanicured and could have used TLC. Holes dug from something pot marked the tall grass and the perimeter was over grown. The BBQ grill had no gas and was old and needed TLC as well. The neighborhood was quite, peaceful and seemed safe. This sound like a bad review but with a little attention to these things it would be a 5. We did enjoy the house and would return again.
