"The house was lovely, easy walk to the dock. Water toys were plentiful, the house was well appointed with a well stocked kitchen for cooking. The driveway is pretty steep but our Chevy Tahoe had no problem getting out."

"The property was awesome. The home was equipped with everything that we needed. The views were exceptional. The only draw back was we arrived late Friday night and had to go to a public boat launch since we were not able to take the boat to the property and trying to locate the property at night in the water was a little trying. But the host did provide pretty good directions from the boat launch. I would definitely use them again."

"Great little spot away from reality! We sooo enjoyed the kayaks and the laughs that came with that. Great resaurants around the lake and a cozy spot to lay your head make for a chill getaway! The cabin was the perfect place for it!"

"We had a great visit! The house is very remote, no cell service, which was what I was looking for. The back deck is awesome. The house is surrounded by trees and the deck stayed cool all day so that is where we spend most of our time unwinding. We spent hours on the deck and saw just one mosquito during our three days stay. The hike to the beach was enjoyable. When we did go inside the AC kept the temperature quite comfortable. "We were very happy with our experience. The owners did a great job in the renovation. All of the small touches and attention to detail was very appreciated. We felt very comfortable there and the dogs enjoyed their stay too. Very welcoming. I definitely would go back."

"We enjoyed our stay at this cottage on Smith Lake so much! It is right on the water! Loved how close the dock is with very few steps. It has pretty new furniture. The beds were comfortable with nice clean linens. There are plenty of towels and extra blankets. The kitchen is very well stocked. We had coffee on the deck every morning. We enjoyed cooking out on the grill. The dock was perfect. We so loved hanging out on the lily pad and sitting out at night looking at the stars. We even got to see...

"Family Paradise was the perfect setting for my family to celebrate my dad’s 75th birthday. The house was set on a beautiful cove with breathtaking lake views. We enjoyed the kayaks, slide, and jump platform. We tried to fish , but were never able to catch anything. Shannon was very responsive and able to answer all questions we had leading up to the trip. I would definitely recommend staying at this location, and I hope we can again soon."
